Today I was looking for On clouds or Hokas for my upcoming trip. The Nordstrom Rack usually has comparable prices to online at the on store or even the Hoka store but after researching several items including the one in the pictures below there's no reason to shop at Nordstrom Rack anymore, instead shop online and save 10 to 20%. I really do understand sales price meaning Hoka can run better sales in most cases as the manufacturer but most items are overpriced in Nordstrom Rack. Ralph Lauren polo shirts two to three years old are still running $70 even more expensive than the outlet price, basically Nordstrom Rack is overpriced in my opinion and this one in Bakersfield has given me reason to continue to go.

They're an older couple who moved here from Korea many years ago, and they've owned T-World for ages. They even carry a few K-beauty products for reasonable prices. They have a little dog named Lucky who wanders the store, too. In his old age he is a little bit timid, and more of a sniffer than a petter, but he's totally harmless and very gentle and sweet. If you've got kids you don't need to worry about him. The owners try to give you space to find what you want, but will ask if you're looking for anything specific. I love that I don't feel pressured. If you're looking for a size or color they don't have, they'll go search the back but they know their inventory. If you're worried they're rude or something, don't. The owners are very kind, sweet and helpful people. They've just dealt with their unfair share of racism and comments, so I think they don't want to give people ammunition to be rude or something. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed far more interested in watching the security cameras than engaging with customers. During my visit, there was little acknowledgment, assistance, or interest shown until it was time to pay. I don't take pictures when I dont feel wanted as a customer, so no photos for you..lol A friendly greeting and a little customer service can go a long way, especially for first-time visitors. While I try to support local small businesses, the overall experience didn't leave me with much reason to return. For future projects, I'll probably stick with Michaels or Walmart.

I will not only be shopping again at Mens Wearhouse, I'll be calling ahead to make sure Selena is working on the day I go. Unfortunately, no one in the store greeted me, offered assistance, or even acknowledged me while I was shopping. I felt completely overlooked. The female employees appeared uninterested, moved very slowly, and came across as unfriendly. It honestly felt like I was being judged based on my appearance rather than treated like a customer. To make matters worse, after purchasing a suit jacket, it was simply folded up and placed in a bag rather than being put on a hanger and in a garment bag. For a store that specializes in men's formalwear, I expected better care for the merchandise I was purchasing. A customer's appearance shouldn't determine the level of service they receive. Some of your best customers may walk in dressed casually after work, the gym, or yard work. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I purchased what I came for, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail makes me think twice about returning.

There aren't a ton of places in town with a wide Carrhart selection but this place has a ton of variety! From the moment we walked in we had more than 1 employee greet us and ask if we needed help looking for a specific item. Price wise there's a wide variety and it's what you'd expect for each brand they carry. Besides Carrhart we were also excited to see Ben Davis is here. There's a small kids section and a small women's section. The kids section had a little play house for kids to relax which is great for families out shopping. The majority of the store is men's clothing but can definitely be duped as unisex. This was my first time here but I'm sure we will be back soon! They also have a custom hat bar which was super cool!
