When arriving, she took the time to look at my face and talked to me about my concerns. She suggested a few treatments, and then proceeded to take some before photos. The whole experience was very relaxing and pleasant. After my session was complete, Lola took after photos and showed me the difference just one session could do. I have a lot of dark spots around my eyes and chin area. You could dramatically see the difference and she really recommended what I needed for my skin, and did not try upsell me. She even recommended afforadable brands for post skin care after my treatment. My skin has not been clearer and I've finally been able to wear a lighter coverage foundation, not worrying about my dark spots. I can't wait for my next session. Lola showed me it was possible to live life a different way, and I feel more confident in day to day interactions with others now. I cannot recommend Lola enough. If you are on the fence, don't be. My eyebrows are definitely cleaned up but they are some stragglers that I'll have to pluck, and although the wax was gentle it didn't seem to really pull all the hairs completely, I can tell I'll need a wax again very soon unfortunately.
