She has *excellent* technical expertise combined with intuition, kindness, and outstanding customer-centered service. Lola is truly a miracle worker. I received a gift card for my birthday and I've been dying to find…read morea great aesthetician in my area. I booked a 90 minute session with Lola. When arriving, she took the time to look at my face and talked to me about my concerns. She suggested a few treatments, and then proceeded to take some before photos. The whole experience was very relaxing and pleasant. After my session was complete, Lola took after photos and showed me the difference just one session could do. I have a lot of dark spots around my eyes and chin area. You could dramatically see the difference and she really recommended what I needed for my skin, and did not try upsell me. She even recommended afforadable brands for post skin care after my treatment. My skin has not been clearer and I've finally been able to wear a lighter coverage foundation, not worrying about my dark spots. I can't wait for my next session. Lola showed me it was possible to live life a different way, and I feel more confident in day to day interactions with others now. I cannot recommend Lola enough. If you are on the fence, don't be. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about helping those that come see her.

I was totally comfortable while getting the peel. As for the facial, the products smelled great and felt great on my skin. She never left the room while products were working on your skin either. They offer a free first service, and I got 2 services so this was a nice touch. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and professional and I was out in about 10 minutes! While I was there the member performing my services (eyebrows and lip) showed me how they looked and I was very pleased. She cleaned up my eyebrows very nicely but didn't shape them very much, which didn't bother me as I was just looking for them to be straightened out. --Side note: the wax they use was very gentle, no paper glued to your face, just pulling off hot wax which was a very nice change.-- My only complaint comes now that I took a better look at home. My eyebrows are definitely cleaned up but they are some stragglers that I'll have to pluck, and although the wax was gentle it didn't seem to really pull all the hairs completely, I can tell I'll need a wax again very soon unfortunately. Overall I would recommend this place if you're in a time pinch like I was. The experience was pretty good and the service was speedy and professional. **I would've liked to give 3.5 stars but Yelp doesn't allow it, but they definitely deserve more of a 4 than a 3**

When I…read morearrived, I was asked if would be open to getting a free wax (it seemed as if the water was just finishing training or just finished training) and I agreed to this. I understand that training services aren't just that, but there's also a certain expectation of quality. I had a Brazilian that left a lot of hair behind and the waxer pinched me a number of times trying to get the wax strips off. As I was under a time constraint and had planned for a 15 minute service, I had to stop her after 30 minutes and leave without a complete wax. She was very nice, but the service was incredibly disappointing and left me frustrated

I scheduled meeting Mary for a consult several months ago. I just finished my 6 week touch up appointment and couldn't be happier with the results. Mary is a skilled professional, she walked me through the options available, ultimately I went with an ombré dot rather than line microblading look, which was more in line with what I wanted as an end result. She checked with me for shape and color, it was a collaboration and very reassuring. Measurements were carefully taken and a good amount of time getting numb and check ins to make sure I remained numb for my comfort were appreciated. I loved the results so much I went back for a brow tint a few weeks later and now have become a lash client. I highly recommend the salon to all of my friends & family.
