She's done eyelash extensions for me, waxing, micro blading (I'm due fyi) and katie has done facials and waxing on me for years. I have no idea what mojo Katie does but my very horrible thyroid riddled sparse eyebrows look sleek and shapely after a waxing. Her facial is extensive and calming to my dull and hormonal skin. I always feel so relaxed with each of them and when I arrive I feel like a queen! I don't get much pampering and I certainly am not rich but their prices are fair and their service list and skills are impeccable. I would trust either of them with any of their services. Let's put it this way, if I come into money, I'd happily get every damn thing on their menu.... monthly! I could never stray. And if you ever did, you'd be back!

For 2 days after I leave, my skin feels so clean that even putting water on my skin seems like I'm making it dirtier! I also go to her for back facials so my back looks great when I show a little more skin! I won't ever trust anyone again but Kait with my eyebrows. There is a reason people call them the #BrayBrow... NOBODY can shape like Kaitlin Bray. I love my brow redesigns so much that I finally ended up having her microblade my brows so they permanently look perfect. I still get touchup redesigns, but the microblading was perfect for a blonde with "clear" eyebrows, like me. I recently got a thin permanent eyeliner, so that my lashes look fuller with mascara. It made a huge difference and my super picky fiance who hates makeup didn't even notice for several months that I had gotten it done! I actually just finally "came clean" and told him last weekend, and he was shocked! Lastly, GO TO KAIT anytime you want to look like a super model. Kait is so insanely talented with makeup. The way she blends color... it's ridiculous and truly a form of art. When I leave her salon to head to a wedding or other party, I am always so impressed that my makeup looks so good and it LASTS until I take it off at night! I can't say enough about her other than the Capital Region is lucky to have this level of talent... Kait belongs in NYC or LA doing working on the rich and famous. I do this so that I can get a feel for the person I'll be dealing with and they can get a feel for me. I left a voice mail message asking about next steps and if she could call me back with a date that we could meet to sign the contract and exchange the deposit. Well within 5 minutes received an email back saying that that date was booked after all with a list of Makeup artist. I quickly reviewed each of them and noticed that the one thing they all had in common was people of color in their Portfolio. I would have respected Erin more if she had stated that she is not qualified or experienced in dealing with people of color. Once she heard my voice on the voice mail massage she put me into one type without talking to me or trying to see what my needs were. I felt that she lied and handle it in the most unprofessional way possible. I will be passing this information on to my wedding coordinators, caters and vendors, advising them to be aware that promoting Erin is making the statement that you cater to one type of client. The up side is that the one of the referral on the list was (no surprise) an African American Makeup Artist. She is the most pleasant, professional person and I'm looking forward to working with her and referring All my friends, family and colleagues of various cultures and diverse backgrounds to her.
