I had a Brazilian that left a lot of hair behind and the waxer pinched me a number of times trying to get the wax strips off. As I was under a time constraint and had planned for a 15 minute service, I had to stop her after 30 minutes and leave without a complete wax. As the forward facing staff member, and second in command, I would expect more. Clients deserve a higher level of service and someone with the maturity to address questions and concerns. Unfortunately, my last two visits resulted in the same frustration with this individual and her immature, unprofessional, unpolished response. Very disappointed. I feel badly for the technicians who work with her. I would not recommend this location until a change is made.

I've gone to many nail salons in California and I haven't encounter a technician whose as good as Shannon.
