She cleaned up my eyebrows very nicely but didn't shape them very much, which didn't bother me as I was just looking for them to be straightened out. --Side note: the wax they use was very gentle, no paper glued to your face, just pulling off hot wax which was a very nice change.-- My only complaint comes now that I took a better look at home. My eyebrows are definitely cleaned up but they are some stragglers that I'll have to pluck, and although the wax was gentle it didn't seem to really pull all the hairs completely, I can tell I'll need a wax again very soon unfortunately. Overall I would recommend this place if you're in a time pinch like I was.
