My eye lash lift was supposed to last 5-8 weeks and lasted at most 4 weeks. I went into the salon confident about how I looked and left feeling so embarrassed. My eyebrows were not at all even and it just didn't look nice at all. I waited to post this review in order to give my lashes a chance to at least make up for the more than $350 I spent at this location, but even my lashes didn't last the advertised time. I wish I had known that ahead of time before I had actually got my lashes done today and had to end up paying full price. When I got home I ended up arguing with Groupon for a refund for these vouchers, which was very frustrating and time-consuming. They kept saying they could not refund me because I was outside the standard cancellation window. The merchants change in ownership is outside my control and was not my fault. They did end up refunding me in the end but I should not have had to go through that. That being said, they did do a good job and were attentive, but need to be upfront regarding the change of ownership and what that means for their customers who had purchased vouchers previously.
