The people at the front desk are sweet and pleasant & the nail techs that I've had so far (Nina & Tiffany) provided the exact service I asked for while far exceeding my expectations. This is a response to the owners argument regarding woman's French tip review. How are you going to…read moresit here and say you don't see evidence of flooding? Her nails are fresh and you can clearly see the gel peeling away from her skin around the perimeter Of the nail. And the CUT on her, her nail is not irritation or sensitivity. If a nail is filed correctly, she would not be bleeding in a localized area in that nature. That's not irritation. TF? Very unprofessional to gaslight her. I have been frequenting this place for over a year and have recommended this place multiple times. But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. It's even more sad to see that management has not only gaslit me, but very clearly is doing it to other women.

Went today to get my brows done and as usual it was great service, a short wait, clean and professional and my brows are fantastic but they really earned my respect! When I walked in they had several customers but the counter was blocked by a self absorbed woman having a loud conversation on speakerphone so I had to wait to check in as she was too absorbed in her chat! Then it was her turn and she wanted service for - her 7 year old !! The child who looked much younger and was in pajamas at 1pm was dragged to the counter where the mum demanded service! They explained that this was much too young and they could not help while offering some suggestions! The mum refused to leave and told them her child would be bullied due to her brows but they held firm and refused to- saving the poor child from her idiot mom! Several customers echoed their respect for this business for holding their ground while many businesses might have caved Give this place a try - $15 for threading from awesome people is absolutely worth it!!

Immediately after the cut I brought up concerns and asked my son if he was okay with how it looked. I brought up that I was not sure it looked very good but he was okay with it so we left. Given he is a child, I should have pushed harder, but really the barber should have addressed my concerns. I initially gave 1 star but the shop reached out to me and I upgraded to 2. I think this is fair. They also offered a free haircut if we updated this review but I have no intention of returning ever even if I had 100 free haircuts. I am sure they do a nice job for most people but for us this is a hard pass.
