I will never order from that place again. I paid over 100 dollars for a completely incorrect bouquet and zero response from the owner.

When I told them what happened they then tried to find the roses and couldn't. They found a small bouquet of roses and handed them to me with no offer for partial refund but they offered me a used glass vase. I have been there with family and friends shopping for flowers, plants and herbs for quite some time now. I have never experienced any problems or issues with the store, employees or management. What I have seen is disrespectful, entitled and downright belligerent customers yell, swear and make everyone around them uncomfortable.
