It was a half fast job. And they charge $200 for alteration. That's ridiculous. I left the dress there and came back another day. Still needs to be altered but now owner cannot be bothered with me. She even got snippy. She is insisting that some dresses just cannot be fixed. Well - theb why are u selling me this dress and charging me $200 for an impossible alteration?. I'm so annoyed. She didn't even bother checking to see if the order might still be there. On top of that, the store itself felt very dim and dingy. The lighting was poor, and several pieces of luggage on display looked dirty and used, especially the wheels.
