I think that all of the recent positive reviews that mention the service both here and on Google must have been written by the staff because they all have like two reviews and are obviously either fake accounts or friends of staff. It's a bit weird that they all mention somebody's name as if they were asked to write the review. In reality, this entire place operates as a store that does not respect its customers. The staff have a really bad attitude and seem like they don't want to be there. The one woman Evangeline who I thought was probably a new hire still learning how to do her job turns out to be the MANAGER. Can you imagine? No wonder this place is such a mess. I watched her roll her eyes for having to show a watch to an elderly woman of color, and then afterwards she whined about wanting to go home like a spoiled kid at school. The other staff were very unhelpful and miserable as well. None of them seem to know anything about what they're selling because I asked some basic questions which nobody could answer for some reason. Also, as some other reviewers have mentioned, the prices are not as good as they seem online. Some of the items are stained or torn but still sell ridiculously high for what they're worth. I'm fairly sure I saw a few fakes here as well. You have to really dig to find anything that's worth the price, but once you finally find something decent you start to question why you're even there in the first place. If you can afford these clothes, do yourself a favor and get them somewhere else. Especially if you are a person of color, because security will follow you around the store and the employees will treat you like a thief.

This is not your regular mall location where you can stroll indoors and make your stops as you go. Zara in Greenwich is its own thing, the outdoor mall vibe is pretty awesome even though it really isn't a mall more of like a shopping strip. This Zara location seems to have a bit more of elevated looks and certain pieces some stores don't necessarily have. I did come here right before the holiday season and they had so many really nice party pieces that just ate. It's on the smaller side but for sure a place to help you find your next fit.
