Again very friendly people but this so far has been the highest I've ever paid for any service including plumbing where I paid much less for much bigger work in the past. The most upsetting thing is that the guy just started changing the part like it was nothing major and didn't ask me if I was ok with such charge. It came blandly and unexpected. The invoice the guy shared afterwards again without consulting me before put me on the spot to pay this much $421. Not ok at all. Please be careful don't make my mistakes.

I contacted them multiple times and just got the run around. No callbacks, nothing. This has gone on for 4 months. Finally gave up. Completely unprofessional. My current HVAC professional that installed the furnace on the house we bought is retiring and we had hoped to have Stryker take over for maintenance and repairs but that's out the window now too. They are a bit pricey (service call fee plus hourly & costs) but for what you get I don't mind (well, not too much). Wondering why 5 stars and not 4 if a bit pricey? The people. The gentleman who took the initial call was friendly & courteous, and though they were technically booked for the week put us on the "on call" list should something open up - and true to his word he called back. Derek, the tech assigned the job, was also very professional and courteous. The job was completed quickly & efficiently by Derek and the work area was cleaned up afterward. All in all everything you could ask for from a contractor. I highly recommend them and will use Stryker for any future work on my home (and if available will request Derek for the job).

Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home. Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house. The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that. Julian did a nice job. Have a look at my photos of before and after! We decided to upgrade our bathroom faucet, as well. We are thinking of having a couple more plumbing projects done and we would certainly use these plumbers!

For the minimal work they did, they charged me over $1,000, then they tried to charge me another $600 for replacing the flapper and flusher in the toilet (I kid you not - $20 of parts, 5 minutes of work = $600).
