I had my prescription sent here due to it being one of the only locations with 24/7 pharmacy…read more I landed late at LAX and had to go straight to urgent care and ended up here. The pharmacy technician apparently left without getting a backup for the poor pharmacist. He was swamped with work and had dozens of patients from the same urgent care I came from waiting for scripts. The problem was that nothing was processed in the orders received and people waiting had others who came after had their scripts filled straightaway and leaving. I sat there like an idiot with other very sick patients well into 1am. And my insurance information wasn't taken in correctly so I paid full price. I was in no mood of waiting more so I can do an all nighter at this sketchy CVS. The outside of the store doesn't seem safe as many homeless people and other hoodlums were smoking and dealing god knows what. Certainly not a place young female should be going unaccompanied at night.

One of the better locations I've been to in north Orange County. There is a Starbucks and pharmacy…read morelocated inside the store. The Starbucks here is pretty good btw :) This store is definitely always filled with tourists from Disneyland, but that can't be helped. BUT, the good thing about that, is they are always refilling their snack/fresh food area. Also there is plenty of Disney merch here for sale. What definitely sets this Target from the others in north OC is the cleanliness; the floor seems to always be swept and cleaned.

Now let me get to the worst part, after the long wait, I come home to seeing that I received the antibiotics for my 4 year old but no damn syringes were provided!! I called back to speak to them and the pharmacist says "oh I'm sorry, it's the other girl's fault. The one by the window, she is new". HORRIBLE PLACE. Excuses left and right. Blaming things on each other, ugh.

They got all the stuffs but not well organized. Just a few staff here and there, mostly you're on your own to find the stuff you're looking for. She will ask for personal medical records, interrogate you about your medical experience and the reason you need your meds. She has actively lied about not receiving documentation from the doctors. Pharmacist Terene argued against the doctors script, and wrote on my script that I need to stop taking it. I've been on this controlled substance for 6 years. My medication gives me a better quality of life. I don't know why she wanted to deny me of getting a medication that allows me to function. Pharmacists and the techs back there all look miserable and like they hate their job. Pretty rude staff overall. I wouldn't wish this treatment on anyone by a pharmacy.

They got most of the stuffs that I like but they do have seasonal sales that could go up to 75% discount so...something I got things at really cheap and by luck too. Service is slow but friendly so can't say much. There is only one cashier at the register and I only see 2 only during holidays. Overall, they got what I needed and by luck, they're on sales. Parking is easy since they have their own parking and the store is clean, bright and airy.

I waited approximately 10 minutes for assistance. I politely tried to get the attention of the manager, who was working in the photo area, but he either did not hear me or chose not to respond. I waited a few more minutes, and still no one came to assist. After repeatedly waiting without help, I raised my voice simply to get someone's attention. Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.
