Five Stars for Men's Wearhouse in Auburn, Washington!…read more I had to stop by Men's Wearhouse in Auburn the other day to find a shirt for my brother. He's a bigger guy, so I thought I would go in and see what they had--and WOW, was I impressed! When I walked through the doors, I honestly didn't know what to do with myself because the store was so clean, organized, and beautiful! Everything looked neat and well cared for, and the shirts were actually ironed and looking fantastic. Even the store smelled terrific! The customer service was absolutely wonderful. The employees were friendly, helpful, and made shopping there a pleasant experience. You could tell that the people working there take pride and joy in what they do and in helping customers find nice suits, shirts, ties, and more. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price of the shirt I purchased. I had always been under the impression that Men's Wearhouse was expensive, but I was very pleased with what I got and how much I paid. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The store has great parking, great employees, beautiful merchandise, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Men's Wearhouse, for taking pride in your business and making it such a pleasant place to shop. We will definitely be back! Five stars from that Review Lady on Yelp!

I'm not one for Michael Kors but I have family members who are. What perfect timing! The shop is very clean and organized. I was undecided on what to purchase -- so many choices, choices, choices! So many cute items! The ladies at the shop were so helpful, patient, and friendly. They made quite a few recommendations. I ended up with 2 backpack purses, 2 crossbody purses, and a wallet. As I went to pay, the sweet salesperson at the register mentioned if I were to purchase $500 worth of items, I can get an additional 15% off. Woo hoo! I picked up 2 keychains to get the additional discount. Score! I ended up coming back the next day to purchase 3 wallets for a present. A girl can't have too many accessories!

I had a terrific experience with a fantastic sales associate named Sandy!…read more Two days previous I purchased some school garments from Sandy only to be given a life lesson by my eight year old son Jaxon that he preferred pullover only hoodies. Now to my delight I purchased the original back to school clothes with a discount that I piggybacked on his 20 % discount which was just fine by me for the initial savings! Now when I returned I was thrown back by the fact that the manager at this location Taylor ask if I had the twenty percent coupon on my person ... which I did not because I remember it only being a mere bar-code ? Taylor also in her haste returned my newly shop and trade item back to its tabletop without asking her sales associate why it was strategically place with my bag of original returns in the first place - please for the love of God have some self awareness! Now Taylor a manager mind you begins to chastise the kind sales associate on the floor about why my discount should be 15% and not the original 20% that my brother had originally submitted for the original purchase. Sensing the sales associates embarrassment by a manager on the floor in front of the customers I calmly stated this is a simple transaction and exchange and then politely asked what do we need to agree upon to come to an appraise resolution. Taylor then wrongly proclaimed that I was yelling at her. Sensing that this was all headed in the wrong direction I paid the total of $4.00 in difference e and was on my way ! The manager was out of line for displaying such discourse on the sales floor in front of patrons and other employees. This action was unwarranted, unprofessional and just a damn shame for all involved. I hope to return to the store and shop with Sandy but will request that Taylor not be involved in any further transactions involved with me or my friends or family
