But man, the prices here a bit high. $85 for labor. (it's about $100ish for automobile labor at a garage). but it is what it is. I had an issue with my snow blower and had to change the carburetor at their suggestion which wasn't covered by the warranty. the man I dealt with seemed nice, but they charged me more than I liked and overall price seemed unreasonable. that's my humble opinion. the blower is working again and they said they will cover the labor for the season so we'll see. I'll give them credit for taking a look at it as quickly as possible since I had to go to work, but this was probably reflected in the price. bottom line: take care of your equipment!

So I had to bring it in for service. The next day I got a call from the mechanic informing me the carburetor was gummed up probably from some left over gasoline from last year. The mechanic was very friendly and showed me my gummed up carburetor. $144 later my snow blower was fully functioning again with a well learned lesson not to leave any gasoline in the tank over the summer. It seems the increased use of ethanol in the gasoline has caused this problem to happen more often than not. So I learned to use stabilizer with ethanol protection. Hopefully I don't have this problem again

We…read morehave noticed Our system was just not built correctly A1 hydro used parts that rusted and flaked off into the system giving us performance problems. Even home depot uses brass and stainless fittings on their homeowner pressure washers NOT A1. Some examples, They also put a cheap aftermarket non Honda exhaust on our GX660 the aftermarket exhaust that rattled apart and rusted away in one year. We bought Hannay reels for our hoses not knowing that there was upgrade for stainless steel internals All reels needed new internals after 1 year. They even install the wrong type of pressure hose 6000psi that we changed out after a year do to Weight and usability.(THATS NOT GOOD) I could go on for hours. We had to take the system to another Landa dealer they stripped the trailer and put everything together the right way making a big first repair bill. The new Landa dealer also hade a representative from karcher North America on the phone and Explained to him the way the trailer was put together and how everything was plumbed karcher said they wouldn't of built it that way. A1 Hydro took advantage of are small company and pointed us in the wrong direction. I'm disappointed in A1 hydro and Brian Maleska taking advantage of some one new to the industry I would not recommend them to anybody.
