Found this location through Groupon (I think they newly opened this year) and am so glad I did. Been here twice now for an oil change and each time have been super quick and pleasant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The car wash is awesome, the lube techs however are a different story.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Really pushy on add ons, overfilled my tires by 10psi and not one was the even the same pressure. All of that is forgivable but today I go to change my oil myself and find out they stripped my OEM bolt, throw another random one on with a rubber grommet as some kind of washer, and to top it all off snugged it down with probably a 1/2" impact, well over 100ft-lbs Never getting my car touched by these guys again. read more

My car got an oil change here 09/14/2025 I had to drive to Irvine and back 09/15/2025 and my oil light comes on, so I stop and pull over on the freeway. Turn my car on and off the light goes away not thinking to check my oil because I just got an oil change a day ago. Which everywhere that I've ever gotten my oil changed at has always been full after with no problems. Then 09/16/2025 I had to drive almost 200 miles due to having to work further than usual and while I am coming back down the mountain with no service on my cell phone or anything nothing around me for miles my oil light comes back on. I had to pull over and check it out with no service and no stores or anything around me besides random houses for at least another 30ish miles in a very unfamiliar area. I am enraged and very disappointed in this service. I could've been put in a very dangerous situation multiple times this is unacceptable. I do not recommend going to this place. I have went to Oil Changers in Beaumont for years and they do great every single time. Unfortunate I made the mistake of going to Valvoline in Yucaipa. I will never go here again and neither should you. I would call to try to get some type of money back because now I had to buy more oil to fill up my car when you spend over $100 on an oil change for what nothing? I could've changed my own oil For way cheaper and less of a hassle after knowing all of this. I visited this Valvoline location Saturday morning for an oil change. 04/01/2023 @ 10:00 am.. I have been here a few times over there years and have always been a fan of this location as everyone is always friendly.. Saturday I pulled in and there was a short wait, but I was greeted with a hello and was asked how I was doing. When I pulled in I was greeted by a very pretty smile and attitude (Keira). She was very polite and communicated very well.. I would go back just to have her help me again. Positive customer service skills are non-existent these days. This was a very quick oil change and all the staff and managers were extremely helpful and responsive. My oil cap accidentally got cracked and it was a breeze to coordinate a repair. Would give ZERO stars if I could. The family that used to own this was AMAZING before Valvoline purchased. Brought it in and they mixed up my transmission and my oil!!! Unbelievable. they were going to let me drive away like that, but I told them my car was shaking and doesn't shake. They then double checked and saw the mistake they made and acted like they were doing me a favor because they now had to fix my transmission!! Unbelievable.
