Kolton was very helpful without being pushy. He understood what we were looking for, and explained anything we had a question about. Older car, bought as is. Had a few issues that we knew about, and they knew about. They had done a little work on it. We took it to a trusted shop later, and they took care of those, and recommended a few other preventive maintenance things. Nothing big or surprising. I'll note that they have pretty good reviews, which is unusual for smaller car dealers. Price was reasonable. Each of the staff we dealt with was great. It's not a huge dealer, and they mostly do new cars, but they had a decent selection of used. Paid cash so I can't speak to their financing. We didn't try to talk them down much because it was already a good deal. But they did negotiate readily. Sweetie is happy with her weird new car.

Wish I could leave zero stars…read more.. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. What should have been a routine oil change turned into a complete nightmare. Valvoline damaged my brother's car during a standard oil change, leaving him without transportation right before he needed to leave for an internship. We made it known from the beginning that he needed his car for transportation, and they assured us they would make it right. While they did provide a rental car initially, they are now demanding it be returned even though the entire situation was caused by their mistake. My brother is currently in Minnesota for his internship, and instead of making things right, Valvoline has refused to either ship his repaired vehicle to him or extend the rental until he has access to his car. They're expecting him to deal with the consequences of a problem they created! A simple oil change should never result in a damaged vehicle, weeks of inconvenience, and a customer being stranded hundreds of miles from home. The lack of accountability and customer service throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating. Please save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere else!

Within seconds of arriving I was greeted by Paul and shifted to the other bay. I don't remember pulling up but in minutes my tire pressure had been checked and Paul was working on a tail light replacement that I requested. A smiling young woman guided me into the bay and Landen and Ronnie immediately started on the oil. After seeing my air filter and cabin air filter I opted to get those changed too, all without pressure from the team. Everyone was in uniform and very professional. Here is my story: In addition to needing my oil changed, I was getting a low washer fluid warning. The visit went as expected, they upsold me on a engine air filter, as expected, so I purchased it. The visit is almost over, and I restart the car to get ready to leave, and the washer fluid warning is still there. I say point blank, did you fill my washer fluid. "Yes we topped all your fluids off". Ok, I figure it's a false positive, so I go about my day expecting it to eventually stop alerting me. Two more stops and the warning is still there, so I go buy a gallon of washer fluid. End result: Empty gallon of washer fluid, as my washer fluid tank was almost empty (No I don't have a leak). After filling my fluid tank, the warning is gone. I probably got a better brand of washer fluid, but it's the principle.
