    BEWARE!!!! Just went to get our oil change and what a nightmare! First I am not one to complain…read moreor do a bad review as a business owner myself I know the importance of customer satisfaction and business reputation After taking the oil out of vehicle we sat for approximately 20 minutes while they tried to take the oil filter off. After numerous attempts they couldn't remove filter. The manager came and said they were going to refund us our oil change because they had already charged us. I said that's fine but I explained I noticed they extracted the oil and didn't see them refill. He assured me they did and he yelled for them to close it up and open bay. A tech came over checked the oil dip stick twice and then proceeded to put the oil stick in and close the hood for me to leave. It felt wrong. I honked and asked him to show me the stick. He proceeded to open the hood take the stick out 3 times then lay it on the truck and call for a manager. By this time I am out of my truck because I still hadn't see the stick. Manager came over and I explained. I was getting ready to be waved out of the bay and go on my merry way with NO oil. He got combative and argumentative claiming that they were not letting us leave that is why the hood was up. I tried explaining the reason the hood was up was because I asked the tech to show me the dipstick. After he closed the hood for me to leave. Accidents happen and that was a huge one l! The discombobulation came from the manager NOT listening to the customer, I could see his hostility in his eyes and his aggression and his attitude is what was wrong place wrong time. The other two techs apologized and were quick to admit the wrong. The leader however was the opposite. He never listened and walked away.

    Waited on a long line forever. Then once got up front the service manager went over additional…read moreservices he thought I needed in my 3 year old car. When I turned him down, he refused to give me services. So I I left.

    Never been here before but needed my oil changed for an upcoming trip. They were 2 vehicles deep at…read moreboth bays, but I was willing to wait. Within seconds of arriving I was greeted by Paul and shifted to the other bay. I don't remember pulling up but in minutes my tire pressure had been checked and Paul was working on a tail light replacement that I requested. A smiling young woman guided me into the bay and Landen and Ronnie immediately started on the oil. After seeing my air filter and cabin air filter I opted to get those changed too, all without pressure from the team. Everyone was in uniform and very professional. They worked like a well-oiled machine. Definitely going back and I've already told 4 people about my great experience!!

    And yet another disappointing experience at a Valvoline. I really need to stop going to this…read morechain. Here is my story: In addition to needing my oil changed, I was getting a low washer fluid warning. The visit went as expected, they upsold me on a engine air filter, as expected, so I purchased it. The visit is almost over, and I restart the car to get ready to leave, and the washer fluid warning is still there. I say point blank, did you fill my washer fluid. "Yes we topped all your fluids off". Ok, I figure it's a false positive, so I go about my day expecting it to eventually stop alerting me. Two more stops and the warning is still there, so I go buy a gallon of washer fluid. End result: Empty gallon of washer fluid, as my washer fluid tank was almost empty (No I don't have a leak). After filling my fluid tank, the warning is gone. I probably got a better brand of washer fluid, but it's the principle.
