I stand by the service offered at WAC! I've been a loyal customer for years and am now on my 2nd car that I've brought here. I've never purchased a car here but I know they have some great sales people too! I could go on and on about how Stu and his team took care of me when I had a van. They went out of their way to assist me even when it wasn't necessary! Now that I've changed vehicles, I've changed teams but Kelly and crew are just as great! Just waiting in the customer area is a treat. Nice coffee, pop and snacks offered for free, WiFi and comfy chairs all make the waiting experience better. I've also had WAC take me to work when I dropped my car off for service and they picked me up at the end of the day to get my car back. 10/10 for service and care!! Can't recommend enough!!!

There were a few bumps in the road but Clinton worked his magic and I ended up leaving with it the same night!

Please think twice before buying a vehicle from Bush Auto Place in Wilmington, OH…read more My husband bought a truck from them that turned out to be a complete lemon within the first month. It broke down, needed a torque converter, and they kept it over a month for repairs. That was just the beginning. Since then, we've taken it back over and over for issues they "couldn't figure out." TWICE, my husband and our small children were stranded in the middle of an intersection coming on to a highway -- their lives literally at risk!!. Every time, the truck was in the shop for weeks and weeks, with no loaner vehicle ever offered -- even though my husband runs a 2-man remodeling business and relies on his truck to feed our family. We did everything we were told to do to maintain our powertrain warranty -- even driving an hour away just for oil changes at Bush. ALWAYS making sure we don't lapse in mileage!! They never once said we were over mileage. NOT once. But suddenly, after all this time and all these visits, they say we've lapsed and are no longer covered. Why? Because we had ONE recent oil change done elsewhere -- because we were at our ends wits with them so we called THEIR OWN insurance company that told it was ALLOWED! Then -- the final blow -- after all the back and forth, in ONLY 4 days of just having it they finally admit we need a new transmission and motor. When they've kept it for months before, The same thing we told them from month one it needed! NOW that they know WE need these replaced they're excuse it that we lapsed in mileage and that their insurance gave us false information!?! I mean come on! We've been patient. We've prayed. We've shown Grace. But we're now looking at going into deeper debt just to replace a truck we still owe so much on -- all because Bush Auto Place failed us. I asked him after knowing all that we've been through. How are you OK with selling a vehicle like that?. His exact words were " we can't tell what's wrong with it by just looking on the outside." So that tells me that they don't run diagnostics or properly inspect their vehicles before reselling them. I'm sharing this to save someone else the heartbreak, danger, and financial stress we've endured. Don't make the mistake we did. Your money, time, and family's safety are worth more

He said he had to go over every different type or he would get in trouble, but the big complaint is that I went to cosign for my daughter so the loan would be in her name and he put the loan in my name in order to secure a lower rate and lied to us and told us it was the same thing. I should've been smart enough to stop it right there. In addition he got the sales tax wrong in his hurry to close the deal.

This lot is the most stereotypical used-car-salesman routine I've ever seen in my 40 years. It's a family run business, and they will all lie straight to your face. They're not even clever about their con jobs. They purchase junk cars for hundreds of dollars and sell them for $5000. My friend bought such a lemon from them, it barely made it home, and it had a cracked windshield. It's completely illegal to sell a car with a cracked windshield. I had to go with her to intimidate Brad before he was scared enough to take back the car. That car went on to become their orange pumpkin car displayed on Halloween years ago. Seriously, stay away from this place. Around here, the name "Showen" is synonymous with ... let's say "poo". You've been warned.
