$450 for an oil change and fuel filter on a 2017 Duramax is straight-up insane. They tried hiding behind the word "diesel" like that magically justifies robbery. The fuel filter itself is a $30 to $40 part, and swapping it is basic maintenance, not some engine-out surgery. Then they hit me with a $250 charge for that alone because of "labor." Absolute joke. This place clearly thinks diesel owners are clueless and willing to pay whatever number they throw on the invoice. Nothing about this service justified that price. No transparency, no reasonable breakdown, just inflated charges and excuses. An oil change on a Duramax already costs more than a gas truck because of oil capacity and filter size, but this was pure gouging. If you own a diesel truck, avoid this shop unless you enjoy getting fleeced. There are plenty of honest diesel shops that won't treat routine maintenance like a luxury exotic-car service. I'll never come back, and I'd strongly recommend other diesel owners stay far away. read more

So imagine you go for an oil change in the winter something you typically do but with the cold you don't want to set up on the drive way on snow so you go get the service, WOW $140 because everything past 5 quarts is 15 a pop very cool, but guess what there's more! They snap your dipstick tube by going in and probably yanking things around like a wildabeast and don't tell you! So then your car starts to run like crap and you wonder what could it be, you spend a lot of time testing sensors doing smoke, evap tests and nothing how peculiar, you go and take a look and wow the once perfectly fine dipstick is snapped in half and releasing oil and more importantly vaccum so your car that should work well runs like a 3 legged dog, awesome! read more

I was early, about 2 minutes before they opened. to funny that the gentlemen who were there were sitting in the waiting room. The front door was unlocked so I walked in and the one gentleman said " the lights are off, we aren't open yet! He kept saying the same thing... " that means we aren't open". The other gentleman didn't bat an eyelid and started helping me. Other than that the service was excellent and I was done in about 10 minutes. I had a low passenger fronttire and needed to have it replaced/patched. I pulled in to the establishment and I had not been there more than 90 seconds when a man tells me to come to the front and tell me " well this is the damage" he turns around the computer screen and shows me an outrageous price for one tire, with fees, and a tire recycling fee of $30, for 583.99!!! I laughed and said you have got to be kidding me! They did not look at any other of my tires and I'll tell you why this is relevant in just a moment. I told the man it cost less than 700$ to replace ALL my tires somewhere else. I said that is outrageous just give me back my truck.... Amazingly I went to NTB Tires in Bellbrook and they were super friendly!! There was a screw in my passenger front tire and also one on my driver side back tire!!! The employee pointed both screws to me and told me they could patch both of them for me!! I walked out of there paying only 46.99! So I know where I will be going next time I need help! Overpriced, rude and not friendly there at the jiffy lube... I hope you see my truck with my nice budgeted appropriate priced patchy tires every time I drive by!! I am surprised you are still in business but maybe you are good at taking advantage of some people! Luckily I am aware of how much things cost, labor and otherwise! Good luck!!! read more

Deceptive business practices, twice the price of normal oil change companies and other JiffyLubes. Unlike every other jiffylube I've patronized this one did not discuss my needs or pricing up front. I was not asked what type of oil I wanted or if there were other services that I would like. Price was also not disclosed up front. This is illegal. I also checked the five (5) zerk fittings on the drive shafts to see if they were greased. Two were not. read more

Do NOT go to this JiffyLube, the staff is extremely rude! I have never dealt with more rude customer service type people ever. They were very rude and insulting to my wife because she took a picture for a special needs student at her school. She offered to delete it, they did notThey overfilled my oil. I noticed an oil leak so I checked my oil. It was to the top of the dipstick, so I wiped it down and checked 3 Times. I used to work in a full service gas station as a kid so I know how to check my oil. I have already called corporate and I am about to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

The one time I went to this specific Jiffy Lube I was more than repulsed by my experience. Let's start at the beginning... As I pulled up I said very specifically, "I would like a basic oil change b/c I am in between appts and I don't have time to change my own today." The worker took my car and ushered me into the building to go pay. When I got inside, a man started asking me questions about my car and when it got to the size of my engine he walked away without a word, into the garage to look at my engine instead of asking me the size of my engine. I am not your typical woman and even if I were I would hope most people know the size of their own engine. So I tried to blow this off as men being men... blah blah not a big deal. So I repeated to the man as he was typing in my information that I just want a basic oil change... that's it please. He proceeds by telling me how my car is in need of this and that and by the way each thing would be an additional $100. I politely reminded the man that no all I need is a standard oil change with standard oil. Then the man showed me an air filter and claimed that he pulled it out of my car and... btw it's torn but don't worry we can replace it for you... but we don't have it in stock... so sorry. At this point I'm getting rather irritated b/c I have repeated several times that all I want is an oil change so please put oil in my car and do not touch anything else. Next, he goes into the different types of oils that I could have put into my car and the different rates as I can clearly see behind him they are already putting oil in my car!!!!! So I told him please cash me out all I want is the basic oil in my car please. The man tells me it will be a couple minutes I can wait outside (in the cold) for my car to finish. I was really hoping this was the end of the experience; however, I was wrong... As I am outside in the cold, I overhear the gentlemen (using this term loosely) working on my car and yelling at each other because someone lost the tool to put my car back together! I am furious at this point and astounded that I just paid a ridiculous amount of money for an oil change for men who can't even do a simple oil change without chaos. I never knew getting an oil change could be such a challenging task. Next time, I think I would rather change my own oil while still in my business clothes. It would cost me about the same amount that I paid for a basic oil change ($71 with $10 off) to replace my work clothes and much less time. read more

DON'T GO HERE! I said I wanted a basic oil change and they didn't even do that correctly. The next time I drove the car, smoke came billowing from under my hood and the check engine light came on. I promptly took it to the dealership where they discovered the engine covered with oil and the oil and coolant caps were not screwed on. LIARS & THIEVES .... My daughter stopped in for her first oil change on a 15 year old hand-me-down. They LIED to her and told her that the car had been using the Platinum Synthetic oil. We have NEVER used anything other than basic oil in this car. The result was $44.00 additional dollars and a $96.00 oil change on a 15 year old car.
