WARNING!!!! Do NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!…read more Lorenz came to my home and told me I had a simple oil leak and towed my car to the "shop" on a Friday. We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

Great. These guys are wonderful. They came to my house and fixed my car that I had already paid…read moreover one thousand dollars to another place. I can't. They were nice and answered all my questions. Any service my car needs in the future will be taken care of by Reno motor work.

Beware, Customers be careful as I found that this beautiful clean friendly shop that promised to do…read morethe right job, charged over 2/3's the National suggested cost of the job for a 2005 Ford Explorer needing a Rear Wheel Bearing. To start, they refused to list a complete parts list to justify their $908 in parts, when Ford OEM was $350, we were merely told we weren't comparing the same products (but then why not tell me what products you purchased). "The Invoice didn't allow for such an entity", but it did have room for 18 NECESSARY suggestions of repair and 17 additional minor needs; items like car needs an oil change, hello a brand new Oil change was done 600 miles ago, or to clean my battery terminals or to replace the rear dried wiper, the thread depth in brand new tires, etc.... listed way down on page 2, Rear wheel bearing $1500 THATS WHAT ITS THERE FOR. I asked, what are your Labor Fees? Well this job called for what I had to calculate to the nice bookkeeper on the phone who couldn't or refused do the math, as I explained it to her three times, anyway it was $207+ labor per hour fee. Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi doesn't charge that much in central Ohio no less NY. The calculation of hours was also interesting, how do you configured 2.01 hours? What is that 2 hours and 2 or 3 minutes, point is added FLUFF to support and confuse the customer. Murphy's took advantage of a out of state customer who's sons go to the local University. (ironically I'd like to say this is my first review of service of any kind, due to the fact I feel People need to earn a living and deserve a second chance, but not this place). The job was done its fixed, its not as difficult repair. Nationally said to take 45 mins and possibly be $850, ok not every job is the same, I get it, but why not express such difficulties. Why not get a little annoyed or bothered when you are being told that I will be filing complaints to the BBB. BBB, Carfax and Kelly's Blue book will be having reports filed against Murphy's of Centerville Ohio, as well as the University chat line(s) where by Parents share needs to assist their children from afar. Nice looking business on the surface. My take never again, stay away.

Both staff and management were super friendly. Fixed my problem at my convenience when they could…read morehave made me wait. When I asked to pay they said not to worry about it and they were happy they could help. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely go back with any auto care I need

I have mixed feelings about this place. I feel that I got a good deal on my vehicle but I also feel…read morethat my concerns about it prior to purchasing were simply pushed aside and customer service isn't all that important. My first mistake was being a young female that went alone. I was only allowed to test drive the jeep for around 5 minutes while accompanied with the sales guy. After that extremely short test drive, I'm pressured into buying. I ask to see a car fax and tell him I'm not ready to commit to such a purchase with only driving it such a short amount of time. He shows me the car fax and it shows a recall with the status of "not available." I ask if the recalls been completed because it doesn't appear it was. Without even looking anything up or checking the paper and interrupting me before I can even finish my sentence, he says "yeah they all have to be done or we wouldn't even buy it." Okay... I tell him I've already been preapproved for a loan and don't want to go anywhere else. He has me sign something (my fault for not reading it thoroughly). Later I find out that it was an application for another loan. He cancelled out my loan and ran my credit for another loan. Again, I should have paid attention to what I was signing but I made it pretty damn clear I did NOT want to go with any other loan company or bank as I've already been approved. The jeep was making a rattling noise from the inside, I asked about it and again, was interrupted before I even got the question out and was told "they all do that." No...they don't...my fiancé and I were able to figure it out and found out it wasn't anything major. Now the kicker. Throughout this entire progress I was told a billion and one times the jeep was certified. As my card is 1 second away from being ran for the down payment, I'm informed it's actually not certified because that recall I asked about wasn't done! I'm then told to leave it over night so they can complete the recall. I leave the car over night and go back the next day after work to pick it up. Oh, the recall wasn't done because they don't have the parts. I'll have to contact the manufacturer. All in all, not a very good experience for the amount of money I spent there. I probably won't be returning. The only positive was that I feel I got a pretty decent deal. Customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.

I did not make a purchase so in fairness let me start with that. I talked and texted with Kody…read morethere several times. He was nice enough and seemed sincere enough in his saying sorry several times. There was a new 2026 RAM internet price of $50,393. We talked and once we came up with a price agreement, he mentioned the internet price was wrong per sales manager and that price would cost them money. I mentioned I felt like this was predatory pricing and had seen other dealerships pull this and he said it was a mistake and the price should have been listed at $51,800. So, I was going to move on since was already frustrated with the whole deal. Well then, I get an email from the dealership saying now the price has dropped to $49,500. I contact Kody and ask how is that possible and he said it was corporate and he would see if they could sell it at that price. Again, this is $1000 lower than the price they couldn't do per manager as they were "Losing Money". He then sends me another work-up with those numbers and a price to which I ask about seeing it Monday. This occurred on a Friday. Monday comes and no answer. I text and he says he has been busy and then never responds. I asked then in text to just find out the price of this one or another one from manager, hoping for a shred of honesty. He never even responded and crickets from there. My guess is the truck either doesn't exist, or they were caught with their price fixing and lies saying they couldn't sell it at that price. I am guessing they wrote me off as difficult customer, or not a sucker and refused to even contact me. Again, I can't comment on if it's a good dealership overall, but if I ask if the internet price is right and the say yes and then play games and the salesman says he so sorry it's not him it's the manager is red flag. The price changed three times, and each time Kody said he couldn't be sorry. Maybe he meant it or maybe it's the salesman just playing the game. Either way shady to post or email prices that you are not intending to honor.
