    I purchased a Pontiac g8 gt from them. 33 days later problems began. they said it was my rear end after I took it in for them to look at it. I was under warrenty so I wasnt too mad at this point. I got a rental car about 3 days later. so I called every other week because I didn't want to tick them off and keep my car longer. that didn't work. this was the first time that the g8 was their. exactly 96 days. I had their rental the whole time. they tell me it's reading drive all the way their to it not starting. so long story short they had to replace battery free of charge because they did something with the one that was in the car. they gave me some story of where something happened and it wasn't holding a charge. so I drove all the way back home. I come again the next day because they say it's now ready. so I get their and pick my car up. so I make it to the first red light right by the dealership and it starts making the same noise so I turn around and tell them and they get someone to test drive it as well like I was lying or something. so they wanted me to bring it back the next day and I said no because if I take it now u all will say that I did this to the vehicle and I'm not going for that. he promises me that ain't going to happen and was willing to write a note. I say why do I have to take it why can't I leave it here I don't want to drive it like that. so he says well we are slammed with work today I said well that doesn't mean my car can't stay here doesn't mean u have to fix it today so he agreed. mind you this is the shop manager. so I leave it and come back 3 weeks later because they finally had a rental car for me, which should've had on the 1st day. so my g8 is their this time for 7 months. I contact better business bearu and all that. the owner lied and told them he tried to correct it but didn't want to take the offer. wo I tell them he offered me 9k for my car which I paid 19k after taxes and on top of that I never even put 500 miles on the damn car it literally sat at their shop all year. so I was mad about that too. long story short because their is waaaay more to this story. I just ended up taking my car to a friend of the family who is a mechanic and he fixed my car that day. I took it to him at around 11:30 morning and he called me back around 6:17 p.m. to come pick it up.. he also told me they never greased nothing underneath and the whole time it wasn't the rear end causing me problem which the dealer said it was and they replaced it twice supposedly. all it ended up being was the center support bearing which only costed like 80 bucks. So not only did the dealership waste basically a whole year of my time, they were so incompetent that they never even figured out the problem on the car and wasted all that time and money all for my "backyard mechanic" to identify the problem and fix it in a few hours. Please stay far far away from centerville performance chrystelr dodge Jeep ram. The owner is a joke as well. My Facebook name Is Jacob Letner White guy with a red beard if anyone has any questions or similar stories hit my inbox'. we need to take this company down. I'm tired of places like this ripping off and stealing from people and getting away with it because no one has the money to fight a big company like that But if we all stick together and tellneveryonenhow horrible they are then maybe they will close. also I'm getting together a peaceful protest as well.     Infiniti of Dayton was great when I initially purchased our two cars and SUV. One of those vehicles…read morecame with an extended warranty with unlimited miles through June 2026, which gave us confidence in the brand and dealership. The first major issue involved both engine and transmission concerns. The Infiniti technician recommended a full engine replacement, yet instead of following that recommendation, Infiniti chose the cheaper route--repairing the timing chain and topping off fluids. The transmission issue was never addressed. Six months later, the engine failed again. Once more, the technician recommended a new engine, but the claim was denied because the cost of replacement--combined with the prior timing chain repair--exceeded the vehicle's value. After six weeks of fighting, escalating the issue, and preparing to involve an attorney for a potential bad faith claim, Infiniti finally approved the engine replacement. This approval only came after it became clear the initial delay and partial repair had directly contributed to the failure. Just two months after the engine replacement, the transmission failed. The repair cost was approximately $10,000. Despite the vehicle having only 100,000 miles--and already needing both a new engine and transmission--the transmission claim was denied because the total warranty payout now exceeded the vehicle's value. Over the last five years, my family has spent well over $200,000 with this dealership. Yet Infiniti was unwilling to invest $10,000 to stand behind their product, honor the spirit of their warranty, or retain a loyal customer. Instead, the pattern appears to be delaying or minimizing repairs until warranty limits are reached or exceeded. I will never purchase another Infiniti. Based on my experience, Infiniti does not stand behind its vehicles, does not value customer loyalty, and prioritizes short-term cost savings over long-term trust. Save your money and don't buy an Infiniti.
