    I did not make a purchase so in fairness let me start with that. I talked and texted with Kody…read morethere several times. He was nice enough and seemed sincere enough in his saying sorry several times. There was a new 2026 RAM internet price of $50,393. We talked and once we came up with a price agreement, he mentioned the internet price was wrong per sales manager and that price would cost them money. I mentioned I felt like this was predatory pricing and had seen other dealerships pull this and he said it was a mistake and the price should have been listed at $51,800. So, I was going to move on since was already frustrated with the whole deal. Well then, I get an email from the dealership saying now the price has dropped to $49,500. I contact Kody and ask how is that possible and he said it was corporate and he would see if they could sell it at that price. Again, this is $1000 lower than the price they couldn't do per manager as they were "Losing Money". He then sends me another work-up with those numbers and a price to which I ask about seeing it Monday. This occurred on a Friday. Monday comes and no answer. I text and he says he has been busy and then never responds. I asked then in text to just find out the price of this one or another one from manager, hoping for a shred of honesty. He never even responded and crickets from there. My guess is the truck either doesn't exist, or they were caught with their price fixing and lies saying they couldn't sell it at that price. I am guessing they wrote me off as difficult customer, or not a sucker and refused to even contact me. Again, I can't comment on if it's a good dealership overall, but if I ask if the internet price is right and the say yes and then play games and the salesman says he so sorry it's not him it's the manager is red flag. The price changed three times, and each time Kody said he couldn't be sorry. Maybe he meant it or maybe it's the salesman just playing the game. Either way shady to post or email prices that you are not intending to honor.

Software update, something that should be relatively quick being quoted over a day for service. They also took the truck before I could grab my things after telling them I needed to grab items out of it to take to the rental. I'd stay away from Chuck when purchasing, he plays it off as this guy that wants to "not screw over the people" but doesn't work with you at all, pushes add ons, doesn't know how to work the system for financing and had to get another member to help him which took forever. He said all they would sell my trade in for is 1000 over trade in price so he couldn't work with me. Car pops up for sale 4000+ trade in. Just straight lied, I get it he's a salesmen but if you're saying you have integrity and don't want to take advantage of people that's not the way to do it. Financing was messed up because he didn't listen and caused additional time during the signing process (40 + min). Just overall a bad experience and I won't be purchasing another vehicular from this deal ship in the future. I wish I walked away from this one and went up the road to another.

    Infiniti of Dayton was great when I initially purchased our two cars and SUV. One of those vehicles…read morecame with an extended warranty with unlimited miles through June 2026, which gave us confidence in the brand and dealership. The first major issue involved both engine and transmission concerns. The Infiniti technician recommended a full engine replacement, yet instead of following that recommendation, Infiniti chose the cheaper route--repairing the timing chain and topping off fluids. The transmission issue was never addressed. Six months later, the engine failed again. Once more, the technician recommended a new engine, but the claim was denied because the cost of replacement--combined with the prior timing chain repair--exceeded the vehicle's value. After six weeks of fighting, escalating the issue, and preparing to involve an attorney for a potential bad faith claim, Infiniti finally approved the engine replacement. This approval only came after it became clear the initial delay and partial repair had directly contributed to the failure. Just two months after the engine replacement, the transmission failed. The repair cost was approximately $10,000. Despite the vehicle having only 100,000 miles--and already needing both a new engine and transmission--the transmission claim was denied because the total warranty payout now exceeded the vehicle's value. Over the last five years, my family has spent well over $200,000 with this dealership. Yet Infiniti was unwilling to invest $10,000 to stand behind their product, honor the spirit of their warranty, or retain a loyal customer. Instead, the pattern appears to be delaying or minimizing repairs until warranty limits are reached or exceeded. I will never purchase another Infiniti. Based on my experience, Infiniti does not stand behind its vehicles, does not value customer loyalty, and prioritizes short-term cost savings over long-term trust. Save your money and don't buy an Infiniti.
