That's a lot of time. Please don't trust your car to one of the chains. The price tag and "quick turn around" might seem great, but I promise you, you will end up getting burned. Our cars run so well (one of them is going on 19 years in 2026! Crazy!), and I know the whole staff at Centerville is always looking out for our family and not upselling every five seconds. And honestly, the turn around has always blown my mind at CSC. This parking lot is ALWAYS full, and our cars are ALWAYS ready on time (We call ahead for appointments. I recommend doing the same).

I checked back with them an hour before closing and told me my car was ready long time ago. If not, would have been without the car over the weekend. I hope the crazy year end was the reason they forgot to call me. But otherwise I had a good experience.

I used the website to make an appointment for 4 tires and alignment and see the range of tires that were in stock at the location. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, I was not greeted by the two people in the lobby. I said I had an appointment. It was clear the person who was the one helping didn't bother to look at the appointment and asked what I needed and then how many tires, roadside warranty, etc. I asked how much the warranty was in addition to the tires. He responded he wouldn't know until the paperwork printed. I said I wanted a specific tire that I saw in the website. He glibly said it didn't work that way, this is the only tire that was available today and that the car would not be aligned because that tech had gone home for the day - though this appointment specifically reserved that service along with the tires. The sales person's response? Go elsewhere or make an appointment to come back. The total for the incomplete job - $900 for a 14 year old Toyota Yaris. With safety and the need for transportation coupled with not having to take off work, I am reluctantly getting this done. I asked about the alignment and should I drive, and he looked me in the eye and said, "we don't recommend it." This sales rep was so condescending and rude on top of making a huge ass money grab commission. The road hazard insurance has been nice for myself and my daughters, their father died in 2021. This experience has been horrible. The disrespect and the dishonesty about what tires were available etc. was blatant. Also, the Sugarcreek OH location is in a very busy area, and I was the only customer. I will definitely think through being tied to Tire Discounter again, and recommend everyone steer clear of the Sugarcreek OH location.

Took me in without appointment and very quickly repaired a tire. Great guys. I went back recently for new tires. They did their best with my old dry rots. They were out of the Pumpkin Spice, but gave me nice round ones that roll at a very good price. Sadly lacking in different flavors.

But they also repair just about anything. I bonded with most of the guys here because we were all truck drivers in the army. They always think its cool since I am a girl. Even without that fact they were always nice and never tried to get me to fix something that didn't need it. One time I came in and said "Jack, its leaking oil but I don't have any money yet, please don't let it cost too much". When I picked it up he said "I fixed the leak for now, just keep it topped off, but if you don't get a new tire you are going to die". How's that for honesty? My truck sucked and I was there often. They would drive me home, to work, or just give me one of their personal cars to drive. Jack let me haggle a little bit over cost, and would offer me a shot or a beer from his secret stash in the back to soften the blow. Once, after I practically dropped my paycheck to fix my ride he threw in a 6-pack of tall boys. That is service my friends. When I told them I was moving to Cali in my heap they were worried and checked it out for me. They did "just enough" work on it so I could make it there but told me to ditch the thing once I made it. I got to Cali with no problems. I only wish I had sold it sooner - it broke down within a few months and cost $700 just so I could then trade it in. Oh well. I thought it was because I had older tires on my car still, so then needed to get new tires so I went back and after the install my tire balance was way off. Causing my vehicle to vibrate at high rates of speed just by simply driving on the highway at 65-70, so I took my vehicle back the next day. Expressed my concerns and thought it was addressed. It was improved after they rebalanced the tires. However my vehicle is still off with the balance and alignment. I had to drive out of town for work, and I don't know that I want to come back because after three times are you going to get it correct? I shouldn't have to come back twice let alone three times, and neither should anyone else. Absolutely unacceptable. Improvement or not it's still not correct. Mind you my car was checked by technicians at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle so I know the original problem was the alignment and balance. Before I brought it back for the tire purchase and "re-alignment." $500.00 and still not correct.
