That's a lot of time. Please don't trust your car to one of the chains. The price tag and "quick turn around" might seem great, but I promise you, you will end up getting burned. Our cars run so well (one of them is going on 19 years in 2026! Crazy!), and I know the whole staff at Centerville is always looking out for our family and not upselling every five seconds. And honestly, the turn around has always blown my mind at CSC. This parking lot is ALWAYS full, and our cars are ALWAYS ready on time (We call ahead for appointments. I recommend doing the same).

They quoted me a fair price, in fact, it was lower than other places I checked. I was impressed with their customer service right away. The next day when I came in to pick up the car, I was greeted with the same friendliness and courtesy I experienced the day before. They didn't try to pull the "oh by the way, we did this work too so here's that extra bill" that can be a fear people have. I WAS told that I'd need to get something fixed at a later date, but it was something to keep in mind. Honestly, all I look for with mechanics is knowledgeability, competency, quality of parts, and condition of the shop. You won't get the bottom barrel parts here that you'd get at some of the other big chain auto care centers (those places maximize profits by using the barely qualifying parts to fix the problem). JMW wants you as a repeat customer, and anyone getting work done wants the repair to last. I'll be going back to them and I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs work.

Took vehicle for a radiator replacement only. Shop broke Air…read moreConditioning System while performing radiator replacement due to a non-standard radiator replacement process. Shop also broke the Horn, horn is now not functioning. For the AC, shop claims bolts were stripped but did not willingly supply proof. Shop provided no explanation for the Horn. Shop has a BBB complaint history of overcharging other customers due to 'Stripped Bolt' issues. I have witness statements of the AC system and Horn working immediately before being taken to the shop. I now have a car that has more things wrong with it than it was taken in with, and shop is refusing to make me whole.
