Even the service I always get was a dollar higher here? I noticed it seemed high when he read the total, but didn't think much of it. They intentionally wait until after you pay to show you the charges and once your receipt is handed to you, it's "goodbye and your car is running on the street with the driver door open ready for you to leave". Not worth it for me to go back and cause a scene about, but definitely will not be returning to this location. For all I know, they're scamming for small amounts and pocketing the difference - it adds up. Beware.

On Tuesday, they wait until 5:30 p.m.to start working on it because they had "had a busy day". (for anyone who wants to know the specifics I went in for a alignment, and they noticed my inner right tire rod was extremely bent, so bent that they had to do something ab the the"threading". if I'm being out of town, you know what I'm saying right but anyway anyways.. the threading was bad. On very short notice they had to order the parts for it and absolutely harassed the delivery people for lying about when they would deliver it (the good kind of harassment lol) I think in total the end amount was 400 and like $20 which was even lower of an amount than what they quoted me.) Also, I went In for a simple diagnosis about my serpentine belt. These guys really could have told me I had To replace the whole thing and I would have believed them because thats honestly what I thought was gonna happen. Instead, they told me the truth and that it really wasn't a problem that had to be fixed right away. On top of that. Their mechanic Chris noticed my battery was loose so he tightened it, diagnosed like three other things for me free of charge, and even filled my windshield wiper fluid. he didn't even mention doing any of that.. I just so happened to notice him doing it when I looked through their window. I thought that was a really nice and kind thing to do for somebody.

You could literally tell the path my son drove. They come to us and fix it and give us a free oil change. I told my son not to use them, but of course kids don't listen. He takes it back. They break the cap on the coolant. The spin part on top so now you can't get it open and they proceed to tell him to take it to AutoZone to get the piece out and buy a new cap that they can't use a tool to get it out because then they would be liable. But they're not liable for breaking it!!!!

I have been in contact with their "legal team" for about 3 weeks after they towed my car to the dealership without giving me a rental car. I drove to the closest AAA, hoping at best to get some air in the tire so I could make it safely to my next stop. When I pulled in, Phil came outside right away and asked whether I needed air. I explained the situation, and he not only located the screw in my tire--showing me exactly where the issue was--he also told me he could plug it on the spot. Less than an hour and $31 (AAA discount ) later, I was back on the road. I hadn't expected the problem to be diagnosed and repaired immediately, but Phil and Cole took care of everything with patience, professionalism, and kindness. They've earned a new customer.
