They performed a thorough brake check and stated that there was no reason to change my breaks yet. They said everything looked great, pads, rotors, all of it. I was so surprised that I wasn't going to have to shell out hundreds of dollars. I asked if they saw nothing at all. They said "we noticed you are a little past due on your oil changes, but that's it." They had my car there so I had my oil change completed instead. I don't think I've ever had an auto shop not try to charge me for some service I didn't need. Their integrity won me over. I'll be back.

Upon requesting our car be returned to us, the mechanic at the front desk became annoyed and complained that they had already "done a lot of leg work" with their parts provider to get what they need to fix my car. This was very confusing, as we had at no point asked them to do this, and in fact specifically instructed otherwise before arriving. Turns out this is because he wasn't even talking about the right Mustang, having confused ours with another customer's in the shop. As if his unwarranted rudeness wasn't bad enough, he proceeded to make us wait 20 minutes after informing us it would only take 5. It was only until after the 20 minute wait that he figured out we weren't the customers he first assumed us to be, and handed us our keys shortly thereafter. With our keys we were also handed excuses in the form of an embarrassed explanation and no attempt to apologize. Between the attitude problem and the absurd wait time, which I can only assume to have been purposefully prolonged due to an adolescent level of misdirected pettiness, I can see that this Firestone's glimmering 2.0 star rating has been well earned. I will not be trusting this Firestone with my time or vehicle again. Thanks!

Issue with getting tires that I paid an extra 58.00 for the warranty. They also put truck tires on my car which is not good for the transmission. I had to go back 7 times and the tire is still not fixed. I had to order a new tire that does not match the other tire that had the flat that they said that they could not repair. They do not make the tires that I purchased from Walmart just 6 months ago. When does this end??? Now I am out hours of my time and I still do not have a replacement tire and I still have not been reimbursed and they still have not reimbursed my card for the tire that is sitting at their store that they refused to install so it is a no win situation. I have had about 7 visits now. This has put a great deal of stress on me. When the tire was flat, the manager of the store told me to just drive the car over there like that. (It is not good to drive a car on a rim like that). I have had nothing but problems after dealing with all of this and no one seems to want to help me. The store manager even apologized to me for the way that the auto center manager was speaking to me in front of other people. I feel completed disrespected by these people and feel that my safety and the safety of me car has been compromised. I even had some who works there actually make comments to me about how badly they were treating me and he did not know what they were giving me such a run around. One employee there told me I should "Just sue them" in a totally serious manner. Also, after paying for a 3rd tire when I only wanted one or two originally, they wanted me to buy a fourth one and pay for instillation when they never honored the warranty to begin with and the tires would have still been mismatched. When I brought in a tire that was determined to be eligible for warranty coverage, I was told that the tire could not be repaired and that the original tire I had purchased was no longer available. I was then left trying to find a replacement that did not properly match the other tires on my vehicle. Despite paying for a replacement tire, it was never installed, and as of the date of this review I still have not received reimbursement for that charge. To make matters worse, I was advised to drive the vehicle to the store while the tire was flat, which I found concerning from a safety standpoint. Throughout this process, I spent countless hours making trips back and forth, waiting for callbacks, and attempting to obtain a resolution that should have been straightforward. I also experienced what I felt was unprofessional treatment from management in front of other customers. The store manager later apologized for the way I had been spoken to, and even Walmart employees expressed surprise that the issue had not been resolved after so many visits. One employee went so far as to tell me that he did not understand why I was being given such a difficult time. After paying for a warranty, paying for a replacement tire, making repeated trips to the store, and still not receiving a satisfactory resolution or reimbursement, I feel completely let down as a customer. The amount of time, stress, inconvenience, and frustration this situation has caused has been significant. As of the date of this review, this matter remains unresolved. Because my repeated efforts to resolve these issues directly with the store have not been successful, I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Walmart Corporate Customer Relations, and other appropriate consumer protection agencies in an effort to obtain reimbursement and a final resolution. I strongly encourage other customers to keep detailed records of their purchases, warranty documents, receipts, and communications if they need to make a warranty claim. Based on my experience, doing so may be extremely important.
