Came in for oil change and tire rotation and balance since 11:45 am today it's 1:30 the girl cashed me out at 1:pm said it would be out in a few and I'm still waiting for my car . I finally asked what is the hold up and they said they did not have weights to balance tires in which I should have being informed instead of making me wait for this longtime . I have notice while waiting people just like me were frustrated in waiting 2 hrs or more . I see all new people here and don't recommend it at all. 1:45 pm and still waiting for my car and they seam not to car . So I won't be using you again at all. read more

I had the worst experience I have ever had at an oil change place yesterday. For starters, I got my oil changed here last time and paid for an engine air filter replacement, only to find out this time that they forgot to put it in! So I've been driving without an air filter for 5months now. So they say we will give you a new one free of charge... how is it free if I paid for it last time and never got it?! Also, I paid for an inspection so I could renew my registration. I get home and start the renewal process only to find that they never actually completed the inspection. I tried to call, nobody answered so I had to drive back there to get it. On top of all that, they kept telling me there were things wrong and wanting to charge me more. They said they were going to give me a quote for something that would need to be fixed by the mechanic, and never did. So I don't even know now what it was that needed to be repaired. Honestly, the people were friendly enough, but the service was bad. Are you this careless when it comes to working on things like brakes? We put our lives and investments (the car) in your hands and if you are this careless with vehicle repairs, that's endangering peoples lives! I no longer trust you with my car, my life or anyone in my family. I will take my business elsewhere until you find a way to make this right. *UPDATE* I sent the email to the email address mentioned in the response from the "business owner" on September 21st at 11:41 am and still have not heard anything from them. Worst service I've ever had. I was the first one in when they opened. All I was getting was an oil change and it took 1hr. When I went to pay their card machine rebooted when I insert my card and charged me twice. There were rat traps everywhere and the place smelled like tires and piss. When I got my car I drove up to stone oak only to realize my keys were not in the car. I called them back and they said they put them in the car, then said the cup holder then said between the seats. Come to find our my keys were ON THE ROOF OF MY CAR WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY. If after reading this you still decide to go there just make sure Skyler B isn't the one to help you. Went in for a safety inspection and one of the guys immediately came up to my car and started talking about the tires saying the treads on it were worn out. Told me that I wouldn't get passed on my inspection. I didn't know exactly the details of what a safety inspection consists of - which was bad on my part. Then the other guy who seemed to be in charge tells me that he would pass it for 20 dollars and that it would save me time of getting my tires changed. I didn't know that wasn't part of the safety inspection and so I fell for this scam and the guy gave me a receipt saying I got an inspection for 7 dollars. read more

This has been the third time in last month and half that I've gone on my day off to get my brakes replaced. On all three occasions I was turned away and informed they didn't have a brake specialist available to assist me and I was welcome to come back another day when a specialist was available. The representative was kind enough to direct my to another brake place down the road that was happy to take my business. I don not recommend this location for any one needing assistance with brakes. read more

I came in for a simple oil change and not only did i get lucky with no line or wait , but I received a complimentary clean as well. While waiting i watched them vacuum my truck and wash my windows !! I also found a 15 percent off coupon on jiffylube's website for windshield wiper replacement during my wait so got that done as well. The tech showed me all my filters and gave me great recommendations regarding maintenance and preventative measures. I will now be a jiffylube regular. I was in and out in less than 20! I seriously URGE you not to have your car serviced at this location (FM 78). I had my car serviced here on 7/22. My car started leaking oil, little by little, then it got worse. I had just moved into a new house. My entire driveway was covered now with oil drips. I was really worried about the expense leaking oil would be, as a single mother of 2 I couldn't really afford thousands of dollars of repair work. Fortunately for me, a friend recommended FM 78 AUTO CENTER. They found out my oil filter from my last change at Jiffy Lube was not placed on correctly and that was what caused my oil to leak. Thankfully it had not yet damaged my engine. I called and spoke to the MGR Taylor or Travis who promised he would take care of it. I called him back 3x and nothing. I never heard from them again. SO they were very aware of the trouble they cause AND DID NOT CARE ONE BIT! DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Brought 2 of my vehicles here today 4/18. first experience was fine i told the gentleman what oil i wanted in my truck he said that was fine everything proceeded to go smoothly. 220$ full synthetic oil change with a few extras. not even an hour later pulled up in my Infiniti sedan only to be met by a lady with a horrible demeanor. i stated to her (kindly might I add) that I required a certain oil, and her response was "I'm going to put what the computer tells me" I stated that i did not want them to drop my oil unless the oil I wanted was the one being used. her response as she was shooing me into the lobby was" i already told you what the computer tells me to put in it is what I'm going to add". i stated to her that my owner's manual read that the oil viscosity was allowed to be used and she did not want to hear it as she kept interrupting me repeating herself that the oil viscosity that the computer tells her would be what she would use. i asked to speak to a manager and she stated she was the manager even though she was wearing the same uniform as the other employees. so, i preceded to leave as i did not want someone with such horrible customer service working on my vehicle after i had just spent 220 on a oil change not even 30 minutes before i showed up. horrible customer service, horrible demeanor. this 1 "managers" rude attitude is enough for me to not recommend this place. she should really take a page from her employees and greet customers and deal with customers in a more positive way. read more

So let me start with, this isnt our normal stop n for good reason i can say now... My momma (64yr) went to get a simply oil change coz she had a coupon. Well before they really get into anything, the guy tells her, "the pan screw is stripped n we can replace it for $99, thats part n labor." My mom was thrown back by that, n the guy sees this, so Mr. I wanna help you out says, "But i can get it for you for half price." Good thing my momma knows a SCAM when she hears one n says she'll pass on using their services all together. So... She goes to our normal stop across the street to EVERGREEN LUBE SHOP (Love these guys!). So they do her oil change, check everything like they always do n aware her that her brakes will need to be done soon. After all was done, she asked, was there a problem doing her oil change, the man there told her everything looked good n gave her an estimate on the brakes and she went on her way... Let me thown this in, i get my car done at Evergreen, n just months ago i had to replace my oil pan screw coz it was stripped (nephew did it prior n said he did that), so the guy told me where i could get one on the low n to bring it with me next time n he'd replace it, no problem, done. I dont normally do bad reviews but I HAD TO DO THIS ONE coz if there's one thing i HATE! its people trying to take advantage of a person thats relying on their professional input. So, this morning i was contacted by the District Manager, he was great...! He apologized for them, which i appreciate very much. And plans to fix the problem ASAP. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Jiffy lube messed up one of the lugs and now won't accept responsibility for messing up my car. To get it fixed now they have to replace the studs and wheel, over $500 for their mess up. They are very difficult to work with and very rude, I do not recommend this highly unprofessional shop read more

They understand what first come first serve means, but they also understand that some things are time sensitive and while still taking care of other customers they are willing to help and get you on your way. Got a Groupon to get a signature oil change so I decided to go to this location. I was supposed to get the oil and oil filter changed, as well as air in the tires, window cleaning, vacuumed carpets, rain-x window treatment, and all of the fluids topped off under the hood. I was informed by the tech that everything was done so I paid the tax and went to the car. Got in the car and my windows were dirty, carpet was dirty and the only the extra they did was try to offer me an air filter for $20 when the most they cost is $15 next door at AutoZone.
