I sat in my car the whole time and it took about maybe 15 minute tops to get my oil changed. They did a multi point inspection while my oil was being changed. The two men attending me were very professional and courteous. I didn't realize that they offer other services like tire rotation. I went in the next day and spoke to Richard the manager. He took the time to hear me out and discounted the oil filter I brought in. This visit is 4 stars because it took 2 visits to get it done. There are no shortage of oil change options in the medical center area, which can be tempting when issues like this come up. Valvoline Babcock will still be my go to for oil changes knowing that Richard is reasonable and has always corrected any issues.

Despite being a repeat customer, the store manager refused to service my vehicle and claimed it was due to a "corporate policy." That explanation turned out to be completely false. I contacted Take 5 corporate directly, and they confirmed there is no policy preventing them from servicing my vehicle. In other words, the explanation given at the store simply wasn't true. What makes it even more frustrating is that the location had zero customers at the time. Instead of providing service, employees were standing around while making up policies that corporate says do not exist. After years of choosing Take 5 for oil changes, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If a location doesn't want to service a vehicle, they should be honest about it instead of blaming a nonexistent corporate policy.
