Super shady business practices!! Found a new car online and inquired about it! They sent us a video and suddenly the new car was a CPO with 8k miles! They get around it as the car has never been titled but as we have been looking for months - most dealerships call it a CPO or new with a disclaimer that it was used at the dealership with proper mileage noted. A new car does not come with 8k miles !! The car itself is beautiful and the price is pretty much on par for what you get but the fact that is advertised as new and this 'little 8k' fact is omitted means I will not work with you!! I rechecked the listing and it says new in multiple places. If you had been honest - we would have scheduled a test drive this week but this tells me all I need to know ! read more

I'm writing this review because, too often, society focuses on the negative and forgets to give credit where credit is truly due. Two years ago, I purchased a used car from Ancira. I communicated with Jason Thompson via text, gave him my parameters, and he made the entire process incredibly easy -- even arranging to have the car delivered to me. It was seamless and stress-free. Fast forward to last week: my son's car had major issues and had to be towed to Ancira. The vehicle was no longer under warranty, but that didn't matter to Jason or his team. They went above and beyond to help us -- not because they had to, but because they genuinely care. That, to me, is the epitome of exceptional service and a true commitment to their customers. I took my car to the service section in the morning. While the manager was very nice, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and follow through. When I learned it was going to take longer than usual to inspect my car, I said I'd be going home and that they'd call me with an update. That call never came. I called I was told Masad (the man overlooking my service) would call or email me with an update. That call or email never came. So now here we are after hours with no car, no idea what's going on, and they're closed on Sundays. I wish I had an idea what's going on with my car. read more

I took my truck in for service. the check engine light was on and being under warranty still, i didn't want keep driving it and causing more issues. It took me 10 days to get my truck back! it took a week just to get a technician assigned to it and start looking at it. At check-in they said it could be 2 or 3 days. Day 9 it's suppose to be ready by end of day and it wasn't. Day 10 I'm camped out in the waiting room waiting for my truck. The staff is doing what they can and they are always polite and professional. I've been going there for a while with my other trucks and always had a good experience with the shop. I'm now considering going to another dealership while my truck is under warranty. I thought maybe they would throw in a free oil change or something for all the inconvenience but all I left with was a nice hefty bill for the work done and a bad taste in my mouth. It was time for some new wheels. It's been a while since I bought a car, so I was a little rusty. John Clayton made our experience painless and got me into the car I came in for...the exact car I had found on the True Car app. Financing took a while (it was late), but we were in and out of there much faster than I expected. My husband set out one day (a Sunday) to find me my perfect car. I gave him two criterion. #1 Stick Shift #2 Fancy and Fitting for a 30 year old woman! He ended up at Ancira with Jerry Garcia. While they contemplated which cars were the best, Scarlet Begonias bloomed to the side and my husband said it may be a long strange trip. But it wasn't! Jerry was great, very down to earth and hassle free. My husband brought me the car to test drive for a day, while we decided to buy it. We took it to our mechanic and found it was an excellent deal. When we went back to sign papers and hand over the check, he congratulated us with a serenade of "Truckin'" - No, just kidding, but I promise you - in ten years, when I buy my next car from Ancira, I will make sure Jerry hasn't passed on to another place. read more

I bought a Kia Niro about 6 months ago from Ancira Kia. The car I love. I had no issues with the purchase or the dealership. My issue is with the service department. Along with the car I purchased the advantage plan which takes care of the maintenance of the car. Today I bought it in for the second time for an oil change. Even though I was the first appointment of the day (1 car was ahead of me) it took 2 hours to get my car back. I believe this to be a ridicules amount of time for an oil change. 6 people who came in after me left before me (at least 3 of them were getting oil changes as well). When I asked about the wait I was told a normal wait is 1 hour. The first time I had the car serviced it took an 1 hour and 45 minutes. If I could cancel my advantage plan I would. It is easier to pay for the oil change rather than wait there. read more

Staff was really friendly and professional. I came here to get a car inspection for the state in order to register my car. They helped guide me into the place I needed to be and had a nice waiting area. They offer free water and coffee. Coffee from a coffee machine with different selections. They also have soda and snack vending machines in the waiting area. I walked around the lot and they organized their cars by the brands. I might swing by some day to maybe get a car but their service department was friendly and their cashier was very helpful in pointing me where I needed to go next. read more

I just stopped by to ask for some information on a Dodge Charger. (8:45pm) I went in to the building and was hesitantly greeted by the receptionist who directed me to a salesman. When I approached him, he barely took notice of me. I asked if they were going to help me or if they were closed. He curtly said they were closing soon. I explained what I was interested in and he got up and started to walk towards me, almost running into me, in an attempt to get out to the lot quicker. We both made it outside but he went back in to grab keys so I could see the interior of the vehicle. When he came back, he ran right into me nearly knocking me over. I told him he ran into me and he said "I didn't mean to run into you, bro. I thought you were moving" in an aggressive manner. When I repeated that he ran into me and that I wasn't moving, he threw the stock number number paper at me and said "forget you" and walked away. I left the building but decided to go back inside to get his name so I could register a formal complaint. I walked up to him and asked for his name and he ignored me. The receptionist told me his name was Orton. The posted business hours said the place closed at 9pm. Either do business till 9pm or don't. Otherwise you get salesmen who disrespect your customers and you lose business. Orton needs a new line of work. read more

WOW! After going to North Star Ram to try to purchase a Ram advertised on the internet and getting lied and messed around with I decided to give Ancira a try. Found another new pickup much nicer advertised 4K less than the liars at North Star. I called and asked if they still had the truck and they said yes, come on down and drive it. I went to drive it and sat down with James expecting more runaround. He came back at me with the advertised price and a fair price on trade in. They ran credit and within a fair amount of time I drove home in my new Longhorn Ram! These guys shoot you straight! Give them a shot! You won't regret it! read more

I have mixed feelings about the service center. I have brought my renegade in 2 times for oil change and tire rotation. Fluids are usually included in the deal. I brought it in last year for the oil change and tire rotation. Everything went flawlessly, except when i arrived, my windshield washer pump was working, when i left it was not. I never bothered to swing back through as there is a gas station right up the road and i can clean the windshield there. Well, until you are driving in the middle of nowhere and a bird decides your windshield is the perfect place to drop his number two and your windshield washer pump is not working, it suddenly becomes an issue. I finally got around to looking under the hood and realized that the windshield washer pump was not even connected. Now it's in a place that I can't reach with my hands so it's going to stay that way. When I brought the Jeep back in to have them fix the washer pump that they rendered useless, they told me I have to make an appointment. I didn't have to make an appointment for them to break it, why do I have to make an appointment for them to fix it? I brought the Renegade in the other day to get the oil change and tire rotation and also have a tire leak repaired. They made the repair on the tire, rotated the tires, but did not check the pressures on all of them witch is absurd since it tells you the pressure on the digital readout in your dashboard. So I have 42 PSI in one tire and 32 psi in the other three. No I'm not going to fix it. I have serious reservations about recommending this service site to any of my friends or family as if they can't pay attention to the small details what's going to happen when they have to do a timing chain or something serious? I will be looking for another Jeep dealership to bring my Renegade to for its next oil change and tire rotation as they cannot seem to get it right over there at Ancira. So basically my review is based off of two separate services that took place over the course of a year. Neither experience was positive, hence my rating. read more

So happy with my purchase! I went in to Ancira Chrysler with a small budget and bad credit, expecting to drive off with a cheap car and very high monthly payments, but to my surprise I did not! The salesman Oscar was wonderful! He was very understanding about my financial limit, so he put all his effort into finding me a great deal. To my surprise, he found me a car nicer than what I was expecting, and my monthly payments would be well within my budget! I'm very thankful for all of Oscar's help in finding my own first car!
