I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Ruben's Auto Repair is the best, they did way more than Ford has ever done and are very fair on prices. Everyone is friendly, mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and did their due diligence. The manager even stepped in and took a look at my car as well. Victor helped me through the entire process and was very good at keeping me up to date on exactly what was happening with great detail and I came and picked up my car the next day from when I dropped it off. I RATE THIS BUSINESS A ZERO IF AVAILABLE. Ruben's Auto Repair scammed my family in doing repairs that they did not want to warrant. This situation was very difficult for us as we had no choice than to go elsewhere to have the faulty part they installed taken out and replaced costing us another $1500.00. It has been a nightmare trying to get them to work with us and now we are seeking legal assistance to have closure on reimbursement. It is unfortunate that after they made recommendation of part needed they refused to warrant it. Also, they got me on the Veteran false advertising. The false impression they make of themselves is beyond evil. They try to get customers by advertising they are Christian by their false advertisements of a "Fish" on the outside of the building. Christians recognize that signage as Christ like business partners. Ruben's Auto Repair has certainly deceived the Christian community as well as the Veteran community. read more
