Called Richard at Techmasters Auto Center and requested an estimate for brake job on my Dodge Avenger. Richard said he would do brake inspection and then gave me a reasonable estimate for brake job, which was actually less than estimates I got from other auto repair garages and national tire and repair centers. Richard explained options and gave his recommendation on what needed to be done to get the brake job done correctly. He only replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and warranties the work he does with parts he replaces. I am completely satisfied with the work done and cost and recommend Techmasters Auto Center and would advise everyone needing car maintenance and repair to call Richard even if you have used other garages in the past. Last week my husband told me to find an AC shop so I did and Took our sequoia here for the AC not working. Not only did the owner walk me through what was going on with it and why it was not blowing cold. Also he pointed out that my rack n pinion was leaking and it looks like someone tried to fix it and didn't. That was my husband.. lol. So I let him fix everything plus we wanted new wheels and tires. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I was visiting family from out of state and a squeaking noise was going on in my Jeep- was worried about driving 1,000 miles home (thought it was my serpentine belt) - all other shops in town couldn't take me last minute for even a check. Techmasters said come on over we'll take a look and fix it if its a quick fix and if it's not we'll at least tell you what needs to be done. It took a whole five min and a quick drive to figure it out, my U-joint needed some greasing, they took care of me and didn't even charge me. Wish they were where I live! read more

Richard is such an awesome person! I needed my brake pads and rotors changed and within an hour my car was ready. He took time to explain each part to me and walked me through each step of the process. He even checked the treads on my tires and made sure that the were properly placed. He showed me the new parts that were added to my car and made sure that I understood what my car needed and did not need. His price was VERY reasonable for new rotors and new brake pads. read more

Rick at Techmasters is the best mechanic to work on any car. After 21 years of me serving in the military, I know what integrity is, and Rick at Techmasters is a great example of integrity and great service. He shies away from German cars but after some sweet talking, he fixed my BMW. My GMs, Toyota, and Dodge are no brainers for Rick. Bad work and poor practice by dealers have been fixed by Rick. All my cars and my parents' van go to Techmasters without thinking twice even if I have to pay extra for an occasional tow that is further than other shops closer to home. I don't trust anybody else to work on my cars. Even if I have to wait couple of days to be seen, I know I can trust Rick to do the right thing and not make up any unnecessary repairs. Rick also know I don't want Auto Zone or like parts, but only original parts, and he get them for me. Prices are very reasonable and fixes are spot on. In the past five years I now Rick, I have never had to worry about inflated or wrong car repairs. I highly recommend Rick at Techmasters anytime. To be Completely Honest This Place was my first place ever to get my Jaguar brakes fixed. I knew my brakes needed to be fixed and i did not know where to get them done. I bought my brakes from Auto Zone and asked them for a place and they sent me here. Best Decision ever. I usually take my car everywhere my dad takes his but i thought to do my own thing and it turned out to be perfect. I Talked to the owner and told him about my problem and he told me he could check to see it for free. He lifted my car and i definitely needed my breaks changed and he gave me a great deal. Im a college student so he understood that i was on a limited budget and worked everything out with me. he changed my brakes and roaders and even cleaned my headlights and checked my tire pressure to make sure i had a good working car. He even had me in and out in less than an hour, so efficient and timely. I was so blessed to have ran into this auto center. I recommend to the fullest! Do not take your vehicle to this dishonest company! I was recommended to them and told these people were honest come to find out I was taken advantage of. I took my suburban for some repairs. Richard told me he had a similar vehicle like mine a year older and mine was really taken care of and that he would repair my vehicle really fast and he even offered to give me a ride home so he could start the repairs right away. That's when Richard started hitting on me and he told me I didn't need to pay for the repairs if I went out with him I declined his request. When I picked up my vehicle a few days later I paid for my repairs and I quickly got out there and was on my way. I went to go wash my vehicle and that's when I noticed removed my four rims were completely different from my original ones. I called about him taking my rims and replacing them with his old ones and he said he didn't know who I was and what I was talking about. I later went with the cops to confront him and goes and hides his suburban in the garage and quickly closes the shop door. I am a 56 year old women and this company doing this to me makes me sick with anxiety do not take your vehicle for repairs I was ripped off. read more
