Been coming to this location for awhile. This is the second time in a row that this has happened, I had my oil changed on Friday (5-16-25) & when I came home I noticed oil dripping on my driveway. When I checked it I found oil dripping from the frame & oil filter where they did bother to wipe up the oil from their sloppy filter change, they also didn't grease my upper & lower ball joints. Took my truck back the next morning ( Saturday ) & complained about the oil dripping. They said it was just run off, If you did a quality job there shouldn't be run off. When I told them about not greasing my ball joints they said my truck doesn't have grease fittings, excuse me, do you know what grease fittings look like. My truck has four ball joints, they only greased one. I will not be going back for another sloppy oil change & no grease job & then they try to bullshit you. read more

I can't believe I didn't find this spot sooner! I pulled in to smiling faces, and they saw me immediately for an oil change. I never had to leave my car, and they finished in 10 minutes. They also remembered to reset my maintenance required button. This made me happy, since a lot of places miss this step. Worst unethical performance by a retail outlet that I have ever experienced. I pulled in, they informed me if I wanted an inspection I would fail. I informed them " In that case just change the oil and filter". I also added an air filter. They added 8 qts of Mobile 1. They charged me $118.14. I paid by CC. I left. I went to another inspection station. where they informed me that Wetmore Master Lube failed me for an inspection an hour earlier. I would have to wait 14 days for a re-inspection. I never asked or authorized Wetmore Master Lube to perform an inspection. I did not pay for an inspection, I did not sign anything and did not receive a receipt. When I called them, they kept hanging up on me. Bad Guys with an attitude. I have no idea what they expected to achieve by entering a bogus inspection failure. I have been coming to this location for my oil changes and inspections for years. The guys here are very sweet but the speed they get me in and out is what keeps me coming back. I hate if I have to get out of my car for an oil change so this place is perfect because I can just pull up, pop the hood and head out in less than 10 minutes. The few times there was a line it moved very quickly and wasn't a problem. My inspections have always gone smoothly and take less than 5 min. These guys know what they're doing it and they know you don't have all day to deal with your car. The location is super convenient and easy to access. I pulled up to the door at 5:55 to get a quick state inspection not knowing what time they closed. The guy working saw me then walked to the front door, turned off the open sign, then looked at me and made the "throat cutting" sign saying they were closed. As I drove off, the sign said they closed at 6. SO rude. I've been there before and the guys working seemed like they barely knew how to knock out the basics, including customer service. Fast service but crappy hospitality. They said that oil change would be $20 if I brought my own oil but they up charge me because of a "special tool" aka socket wrench, so now it's $40.
