Chris and Al the guys that did the work on my truck are rock stars.l!!! I thought they were the owners of the facility. Even though they indicated that someone else was, they acted like the owners. They actually think about what they do and they care about what they do!! What a welcome relief in the service industry, To see two guys that are actually busting their ass and caring about doing their work!! Greg A read more

I am pleased to share this review for Al at Master Lube Express on Wetmore Road. I have entrusted Al with my vehicles for more than 20 years, and I would not consider going anywhere else for oil changes, transmission service, or air conditioning work. Al exemplifies professionalism, technical expertise, and integrity. He takes the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needs and, equally important, what it does not need. There is never pressure and never an attempt to upsell unnecessary services. That consistent honesty and customer-focused approach are the reasons I have remained a loyal client for over two decades. Al is also mindful of budgets and delivers high quality service at fair and reasonable prices. It is rare to find a shop that balances technical competence with such transparency and value. When I experienced issues with my Rogue, Al referred me to Frank's Auto Garage, and the recommendation proved outstanding. That referral reinforced my confidence that Al stands behind the quality of the professionals he recommends. Thank you to Al and the entire team at Master Lube Express on Wetmore for continually providing exceptional service and taking such great care of me and my vehicle. They set the standard for these services. read more

Best oil change joint in town. Quick service with the best price in town. Always pleased with these guys. Thanks again!

Absolutely awesome! Whole family has been coming here since I was a kid even though we have moved 30 min away! Always fair prices!

Been coming here for years with no issues. Service is always prompt and they are an honest company. Never had any issues.

Been coming to this location for awhile. This is the second time in a row that this has happened, I had my oil changed on Friday (5-16-25) & when I came home I noticed oil dripping on my driveway. When I checked it I found oil dripping from the frame & oil filter where they did bother to wipe up the oil from their sloppy filter change, they also didn't grease my upper & lower ball joints. Took my truck back the next morning ( Saturday ) & complained about the oil dripping. They said it was just run off, If you did a quality job there shouldn't be run off. When I told them about not greasing my ball joints they said my truck doesn't have grease fittings, excuse me, do you know what grease fittings look like. My truck has four ball joints, they only greased one. I will not be going back for another sloppy oil change & no grease job & then they try to bullshit you. read more

I had a more than pleasant experience here. I pulled in on a hot morning asking for them to check my ac and perform a diagnostic. To which they did, at no charge to me. Very friendly and for me, customer service goes a LONG way. You've got a customer for life. read more

We have been coming here for many years as the customer service is excellent! Everyone is always friendly, service is quick, knowledgeable and honest!! read more

I can't believe I didn't find this spot sooner! I pulled in to smiling faces, and they saw me immediately for an oil change. I never had to leave my car, and they finished in 10 minutes. They also remembered to reset my maintenance required button. This made me happy, since a lot of places miss this step. Nothing but fast professional service here, and they didn't try to sell me anything other than what I came for. I found my new spot for car maintanence. I use to dread oil changes, but thanks to these guys, it's no longer a pain and can even be done on my lunch break. read more

Worst unethical performance by a retail outlet that I have ever experienced. I pulled in, they informed me if I wanted an inspection I would fail. I informed them " In that case just change the oil and filter". I also added an air filter. They added 8 qts of Mobile 1. They charged me $118.14. I paid by CC. I left. I went to another inspection station. where they informed me that Wetmore Master Lube failed me for an inspection an hour earlier. I would have to wait 14 days for a re-inspection. I never asked or authorized Wetmore Master Lube to perform an inspection. I did not pay for an inspection, I did not sign anything and did not receive a receipt. When I called them, they kept hanging up on me. Bad Guys with an attitude. I have no idea what they expected to achieve by entering a bogus inspection failure. Their stunt cost me a 14 day waiting period before I can get another inspection performed read more

I have always use these guys for oil changes and inspections. Always competitive pricing and never had any problems with the service.

I've been coming to this place since I was in high school. I'm 35, and I still use them! They're amazing, reliable, honest, and hardworking. I will always keep going to this place as long as I live here! I highly recommend them! Their service is the best I've ever had compared to other places I've gone to before. I always recommend them to my friends. read more

The men were professional, good natured, efficient and fast. I have gone there for years.

Fast, efficient, and reliable service. I came in today at 5:45p and waited 5-8 minutes for my state inspection, oil change, and fluids to be topped off. No crazy upsell, just a fast oil change to get me on my merry way. Side note: I usually visit this location for my oil change. I have been a customer for several years. Why go to Jiffy Lube down the street to pay more and wait forever when I can go here?! read more

Best oil change place in San Antonio. We brought our suburban in for an oil change. During the process, the technician noticed that we had "rats" in the engine compartment. He called us over confirming what he was seeing. He recommended a solution and sent us on our way. These guys are great and super friendly! They do not mess around. You are in and out very quickly too. Thank you! read more

Was greeted immediately- all staff were very professional and friendly. Love how everything is open, even the "man cave" patio provided for us. This place is a MUST, especially when you're in a rush. read more

Super Fast and efficient. Got my Chevy Duramax oil change done in less then 10 minutes!! Friendly service, Great group of Guys!

I have been coming to this location for my oil changes and inspections for years. The guys here are very sweet but the speed they get me in and out is what keeps me coming back. I hate if I have to get out of my car for an oil change so this place is perfect because I can just pull up, pop the hood and head out in less than 10 minutes. The few times there was a line it moved very quickly and wasn't a problem. My inspections have always gone smoothly and take less than 5 min. These guys know what they're doing it and they know you don't have all day to deal with your car. The location is super convenient and easy to access. I will definitely continue to trust them with my car. read more

This idiot denied me a passing inspection just to sell me a $10 wiper blade. Then became completely rude once I didn't fall for it.. Of course there was nothing wrong with the blades, they are brand new!! BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!!! read more

Very efficient service. Upfront and doesn't up sale. The mechanics here have great service.

Awesome guys!! Helpful and don't try to sell you services we don't need. They took the maintenance required light off my car that the dealership didn't do last time!! I highly recommend this place. read more

I pulled up to the door at 5:55 to get a quick state inspection not knowing what time they closed. The guy working saw me then walked to the front door, turned off the open sign, then looked at me and made the "throat cutting" sign saying they were closed. As I drove off, the sign said they closed at 6. SO rude. I've been there before and the guys working seemed like they barely knew how to knock out the basics, including customer service. I went down the street to Jiffy Lube where they were quick, kind, and happy to have my business. read more

I went to get my safety inspection completed. The gentlemen working the shop were friendly and efficient. I'm new to SA and they helped me locate the correct forms for mr registration as well. read more

This place treats me and my car right! Great dudes never try to rip you off. Love it!

I've been going here for years and now my son and several friends go there. Fast, friendly service!

I've been going here for years. The crew is fast, friendly, and efficient. Best of all, unlike other big chain oil change places, they don't try to up sell you on everything you are buying and try to sell you other things you don't need or want. read more

Fast service but crappy hospitality. They said that oil change would be $20 if I brought my own oil but they up charge me because of a "special tool" aka socket wrench, so now it's $40. I was upset because I've been coming here for 2 years and no issues until now. Told me "your shit is done" and threw my keys on the seat. For sure the last time I go here. read more

Very terrible experience here ! I will NEVER go back . Very rude people especially Al terrible customer service ! He is extremely rude and made my experience awful ! I Will never recommend this place to anyone ! Not only did he fail my car inspection once because the tint was "too dark" even tho it was at a legal limit I changed it and went back and since I can't roll my windows down yet he said he still can do the inspection ! Went to another place and they said not a problem. Complete ass hole don't ever go here unless u want horrible customer service read more
