I thought it was coolant (which it was) and was even able to find a location where I thought it was leaking. I called Rincon and he helped me diagnose the problem. He could have said "just bring it in", but instead, he walked me through some troubleshooting. He also could have said to just drive it straight there, but out of safety and care for my vehicle, he wanted to make sure my vehicle had enough coolant to make the drive to his shop (who does that these days?). And what a shop it is! Close, convenient, behind a locked gate with security cameras, and a very clean and presentable shop. Someone who takes this good of care of his own things will certainly do the same with your vehicle! He pressure tested the system, determined the faulty component (water pump), and gave an honest, and VERY accurate cost of repair. Everything communicated simply and clearly over the phone. I gave the "go ahead" and Rincon's team went to work and got my vehicle back on the road in less than 2 days! Time to get my vehicle looked at: less than 1 hour. Time to get a phone call with diagnosis: less than 4 hours. Work began immediately (even with a rare snow/ice storm in progress!). And in a day and a half, I was picking up my vehicle and paying exactly what he quoted. His business card states "working hard to earn your trust". Rincon auto repair did both! They certainly work hard, professionally, and with attention to detail. They also have earned my trust. Great work and A+ service!!!

When asked for more of an understanding of what he did to repair anything...he yelled at me and told me "come pick up the fucking truck" then hung up on me. I again tried to speak to him again and he hung up on me for the 2nd time. My son's truck made it two minutes down the road from Romeo's shop and he broke down on the freeway and could have been severely injured or worse. Please DO NOT use this shop. As another review has stated....if I can save one person from what we went through, then I hope people see this. This guy is so unprofessional and rude and put my child's life in danger. Please choose another shop. Nobody deserves to be treated the way we were treated. I will be escalating this to my attorney and the BBB. This guy shouldn't even be able to have a business. I set up an appointment for him to come out and get the rotors and brakes installed and he was on time and ready to go. He analyzed the front and back rotors and informed me the front rotors didn't need to be replaced but the back ones definitely needed it. I was very happy that he was upfront and honest with me about not having to change out the rotors . He was very meticulous about his work and did an outstanding job for a hell of a price. He also gave me a military discount which he didn't have to do. He also looked over the truck and advised what other things needed to be done. He wrote me up a quote advised me on which repair was most important to address. I'm very happy with the results and effort he put into his work. So it came as a big "oh no" when the place I use for oil changes stopped carrying my brand after all these years. I told them, "so long", and started looking for a new place. Much to my surprise, the nearest shop to my house was the answer. I drove up and was greeted immediately by a friendly face. I told him what I was looking for, and he was happy to fix me up. Service was quick and thorough. I would describe this place as friendly, accommodating, competent, and appreciative. Then, upon paying, found this place to be significantly cheaper than my old place. It looks like I have a new place for all my oil changes:-)
