There's no reasonable explanation for a manager damaging a customer's vehicle interior and not disclosing it immediately. They later admitted responsibility and told me to pay out of pocket for the repair and submit the receipt for reimbursement. I paid over $300 at the dealership and still have not been reimbursed. The issue remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to recover the cost. Posting this so others are aware of how this location handled damage caused during service.

The type of transmission we have the car had to go to a specialty auto shop to get it filled. The specialty shop stated we had absolutely no transmission fluid and if we had not come to fill it, our transmission would have failed. The technician and Bradzoil saved our car!!! I've been going to Jiffy Lube for several years now, probably five or six. They do oil changes…read morewithout an appointment and they do it quickly and then they test it to make sure everything is locked in as far as valves and tops. They top off your other fluids free of charge. They're always super nice and kind regardless of who's working there. You always get a kind face and welcome. The only thing is I no longer can drive it myself over the pit for them to get under it. So I get out and politely ask them to do it cause I know they won't send it down the hole which would probably be my worst judgment lol! But I just want to give these guys credit. is due Long-Street is the place to go they're never crowded. There's only maybe two or three people at a time anytime I've gone. There was also a woman there. She did an amazing oil job she would tighten up everything and she would lube it for free. I forget her name. I set up an appointment for him to come out and get the rotors and brakes installed and he was on time and ready to go. He analyzed the front and back rotors and informed me the front rotors didn't need to be replaced but the back ones definitely needed it. I was very happy that he was upfront and honest with me about not having to change out the rotors . He was very meticulous about his work and did an outstanding job for a hell of a price. He also gave me a military discount which he didn't have to do. He also looked over the truck and advised what other things needed to be done. He wrote me up a quote advised me on which repair was most important to address. I'm very happy with the results and effort he put into his work.
