I was never told about it and only discovered the damage about a week later, which is completely unacceptable. There's no reasonable explanation for a manager damaging a customer's vehicle interior and not disclosing it immediately. They later admitted responsibility and told me to pay out of pocket for the repair and submit the receipt for reimbursement. I paid over $300 at the dealership and still have not been reimbursed. The issue remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to recover the cost. Posting this so others are aware of how this location handled damage caused during service.

This was not previously an issue. 3. Even though I didn't bring up any problems with my previous vehicle, they implied I was complaining about quality of previous work. I did no such thing, all I needed was routine service. Their attitude aggressive the whole way thru. I get having a bad day but ... why run a business when you take out personal stuff on customers? weird strategy, wired for failure. My wife and I are very taken aback, flabbergasted even. The type of transmission we have the car had to go to a specialty auto shop to get it filled. The specialty shop stated we had absolutely no transmission fluid and if we had not come to fill it, our transmission would have failed. The technician and Bradzoil saved our car!!! We would have not been able to fix the transmission and would have been out our only car. Thank you BRADZOIL!! We will be going there from now on.

After the service, I…read morediscovered that the air filter housing was not properly resecured--the screws were stripped, and the box was left partially open. As a result, leaves and debris were sucked into my intake and pressed against the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, which could easily lead to performance issues or engine damage. I submitted photographic evidence clearly showing: Minimal rust on the screws (threads were visible and intact), Stripped plastic embedded in the screw, indicating over-torquing during reassembly, Leaves and debris inside the intake area. Despite this, my claim was denied. The company pointed to "wear and tear" and "heat cycles" of a 2007 vehicle as the cause, rather than addressing the technician's failure to properly resecure the air filter box or alert me to any issue at the time of service. Their own video apparently shows the technician "checking" the housing, which contradicts the condition I found immediately after. To date, I've received no resolution. I've been invited to submit a mechanic's diagnostic report to continue the dispute--something I'm in the process of doing. This was a simple job that turned into an avoidable issue due to carelessness. If you bring your vehicle here, I highly recommend double-checking their work before driving off.

I've been going to Jiffy Lube for several years now, probably five or six. They do oil changes…read morewithout an appointment and they do it quickly and then they test it to make sure everything is locked in as far as valves and tops. They top off your other fluids free of charge. They're always super nice and kind regardless of who's working there. You always get a kind face and welcome. The only thing is I no longer can drive it myself over the pit for them to get under it. So I get out and politely ask them to do it cause I know they won't send it down the hole which would probably be my worst judgment lol! But I just want to give these guys credit. is due Long-Street is the place to go they're never crowded. There's only maybe two or three people at a time anytime I've gone. There was also a woman there. She did an amazing oil job she would tighten up everything and she would lube it for free. I forget her name. I don't think she's there anymore though either way all the people you have at the Long Street location or wonderful. Keep up the good work! God bless..

Absolute waste of time. Do NOT bring 2018+ Ram/Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge here!**…read moreI am incredibly frustrated with my experience at this location. I took my 2025 Ram 2500 here for an alignment. Before even driving down, I specifically called ahead to ask if they could perform the alignment *and* recalibrate the steering angle sensor. The employee on the phone assured me they could do both and quoted me prices for both a single and a lifetime alignment. Based on that confirmation, I booked an appointment for the same day. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, I overheard the technician telling the front desk clerk that while the alignment was done, he couldn't recalibrate the steering angle sensor because "it wasn't an option on any of their tools." I immediately confronted the person behind the counter. This is completely unacceptable. Anyone who knows trucks knows that without recalibrating that sensor, you will still experience issues with the steering wheel not being straight, pulling, and improper tracking. The employee then went into the shop to help the technician. A few minutes later, he came back and claimed they just needed to "renew the subscription" on their Autel scan tool. So, I sat there for *another* 45 minutes. Finally, I watched my truck get pulled around to the front. They walked in and admitted that even after updating their subscription, they **still** couldn't recalibrate the sensor. **The Bottom Line:** While they didn't charge me for the alignment since they couldn't finish the job, they wasted two hours of my day and left my truck unresolved. If you own a 2018 or newer Chrysler, Ram, Jeep, or Dodge, consider this a warning: **Do not bring your vehicle to this Firestone.** They do not have the necessary equipment or tools to properly service your steering sensors. UNACCEPTABLE!
