At first, I thought there might be a piece of plastic stuck near my tire. Later that night, around 9 PM, I noticed oil leaking onto my garage floor. I called the Auto Care Center the next day and explained what happened. They told me they would check my car, but they also told me that I needed to buy oil myself and put it in my car before driving it back to Walmart. I did not purchase the oil. When they checked my car, they confirmed that something had not been properly closed or tightened during the oil change, which caused the oil to leak. I spoke with the manager, Kris, about the situation. I was very disappointed with how this was handled. This problem happened because the oil change was not completed properly, yet I was initially told to buy my own oil just so I could bring the car back for them to check their mistake. This was very concerning because driving a vehicle that is leaking oil could potentially cause serious engine damage. I expected better service and accountability from the Walmart Auto Care Center in Seguin. I hope they take situations like this more seriously so it does not happen to another customer.

On 9/29/2026, I took my truck in to get the oil changed and everything seemed to go as it should. I watched the tech Aden changed the oil and was given the bill, which I paid. However as a drove off, I looked at the bill and noticed that I was charged $10.99 for treatment additive, which I never agreed PLUS the fact that they forgot that I was watching them. No additive was added to my car. I asked for the manager, which he said his name was Luis but on my receipt it says Samuel and discussed this situation with him. He said, "we add additives to every cars that has high miles," which is totally UNTRUE. All of my cars have high miles and this never happened.
