I also must mention that I was not charged for the days that my vehicle sat on the lot before insurance was settlements , which happened to be nearly 2 weeks. The insurance company was a little intransigent at first and the two different estimates were way apart, but that was worked out. They did a beautiful job on my 9 year old car and when I picked it up it honestly looked like it had come right out of the showroom. Even washed it good. The customer service was really great and communication was terrific. They have been around for 50 years and it's easy to see why.

Absolute incompetence at every level for a seemingly simple bumper cover replacement. Notable…read moremoments for the process are shown below: 1) Difficult estimate process with no weekend or evening/early morning hours requiring PTO off work 2) Incomplete initial estimate which required more insurance back and forth for additional approvals 3) Initial parts ordered were aftermarket and were defective requiring more ordered parts and further delays. At this point the initial quoted timeframe had been almost doubled 4) So I think I might be finally done and go to pickup vehicle but nope not today. One (1) of the parking sensors was misaligned by half its diameter throwing error message after error message to the dash. Go figure, more parts need to be ordered but have no fear I am told they will rush in the needed pieces and they will call me........... I took the car and they never called. I went to another facility and paid out of pocket to have it completed. How about the Paint quality itself some might ask.......horrible. The top bumper portion that is horizontal after installation has the finish of fish scales??????? So now you might be thinking my saga is done but nope not so fast. A few months post repair snd I go out to put new license plates on the car and find the screw inserts in the bumper totally stripped out where some f'ng idiot presumably used an impact driver to reinstall my plate during the repair. Do yourself a favor and do anything other than use this facility including doing the work yourself if possible.
