Bug-N-A-Rug helped us resolve an unexpected wildlife situation involving a mother squirrel who…read moredecided to chew her way into our deck ceilings, build multiple nests, and give birth to five baby boy squirrels! We called multiple exterminators and even animal control, but no one could help us... until we called Bug-N-A-Rug! The Bug-N-A-Rug team of Seth and Mo spent several days carefully and humanely trapping the mother squirrel, removing her babies, and relocating the entire family far away from our home. Technicians Cameron and Bre returned to thoroughly clean out all the nesting materials and install stainless steel hardware cloth on all our deck ceilings to prevent future nesting problems. Cameron and Bre made the entire process as stress-free as possible by handling everything with professionalism, expertise, and care. We truly appreciated their friendly personalities, excellent communication, and dedication to doing the job right. It's refreshing to work with people who take such pride in their work while providing outstanding customer service. A huge thank-you to Cameron, Bre, and the entire Bug-N-A-Rug team for a job exceptionally well done! They are a true credit to the company, and we highly recommend Bug-N-A-Rug to anyone experiencing wildlife issues, in need of professional wildlife exclusion services, or looking for reliable pest control. If you have unwanted furry visitors making themselves at home, Bug-N-A-Rug is the company to call!

I had a terrible experience with Dodson Pest Control in Wilmington, NC. Their customer service was…read moreincredibly rude and unhelpful. When they came to treat my house for pests, they did a sloppy job and didn't even get rid of the problem. I had to call them multiple times to follow up and they were unresponsive and uninterested in helping me. To make matters worse, their prices were outrageous for the terrible service they provided. I would not recommend Dodson Pest Control to anyone in the Wilmington area. Avoid them at all costs. To make matters worse I've had multiple technicians come to my house because one has quit because of the management. The last guy was getting ready to quit and he told me that they can't keep good help and they go through managers at least 4 times a year. I have talked to several people in my neighborhood and they have heard the same thing. The technician also told me and my husband that one of the sales guys fell through a customers attic recently and laughed about it to everyone in the office. He never got wrote up and spoken to about it. We also heard that one of the guys who was actually great and really went the extra mile was out with a heart condition and when he came back and was cleared and they fired him. He's now working at End Game Pest Control. I would highly recommend Keith Larue at END GAME Pest Control Company. We have been using Keith and he knows what he's doing. All the guys there use to work at Dodson who left because of the company was sinking fast. Now they are making a name for their self. Thanks for reading my review. I hope it helps you make a better choice.
