We walked the front yard and 2 sides of the home Did not enter backyard. (If he would have my dogs would have let us know). He returned to him service truck at 2:16pm and drove away. A total of 16 minutes on site. I called that day and the following day and requested for a senior manager to contact me, and well that NEVER happened. My advice is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY ITS A WASTE OF YOU TIME AND MONEY.
