Two guys showed up the first time and completed what they could for the day and scheduled a time to return. The day of their next arrival they never showed, and we rescheduled. I eventually contacted my home builder for a recommendation and he returned to fix the issue since they couldn't.

I hired Gator strong to replace the fence around my A/C units and garbage cans. They came out to my…read morehouse, took measurements and provided me with an estimate. I agreed to the estimate. I was sent a contract to sign and signed it. I should have read the contract with a fine tooth comb. There is a clause in there that allows them to change the final price if they feel they need to. They did not tell me it was going to be more money prior to performing the work or even at the time they felt it was going to be more involved. It wasn't until I got the final invoice that they added $500 to a $1600 estimate. In addition I had to have the just about redo the entire job due to poor workmanship. The skeleton of the fence was done terribly. The cuts looked like a child did them. The had to send a separate crew the next day to start over. I imagine this is why the determined to add $500 to the cost of the of the job. Bottom line buyer beware. This is a predatory type contract. They even wanted me to sign a document that gave them the ability to debit my account as soon as the job was done. Thankfully I didn't allow that. In the end I elected to pay the money on the advice of my attorney. I do not recommend them due to this predatory contract they use.

This company was professional and helpful from the moment I called to the moment they left our home. I wanted our vents cleaned because I was having allergy issues. When they showed up, they said we didn't need them cleaned because the home is only 3 years old, and they recommend it every 7. So, they did a biocide treatment ($20 per unit) to kill any mold and called it a day. This saved us literally hundreds of dollars! They also diagnosed a blockage issue and repaired it at no additional cost other than the $65 service call. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
