I had been using this company service for years but since last year, I've had two trust issues with their roach inspections and their service/sales strongly aiming for a yearly contract based on false statements. First, the inspection indicated that I had an extreme infestation of German roaches in the interior of one of my rental properties but then it turned out to be false. They were actually Asian roaches which does not require a one year treatment contract to get rid of them. Unlike German roaches, Asian roaches live outdoors. Second, I had been paying for treatment to get rid of German roaches for almost two years on another property and the technician during the last year failed to contact the tenant to schedule treatments. There were only a few German roaches on the first floor of the home and after two years, both floor had an infestation. They overcharged me instead of making it right. read more

Scheduled a termite inspection for 9/10/21. Took time off work and 5minutes before the appointment the tech called to say he was running an hour behind...ok not an issue, things happen. Rescheduled the appointment for today 9/17 and no one showed up. Called the office and was told that the tech never rescheduled it on his end and he was now on vacation and no one was available to come out today. Two missed appointments on their end and I had to reschedule my own clients twice. Will not be using or recommending this business. read more

I have used these exterminators for a year now and have been very happy with their service. Sometimes it takes a few days to come out during the summer months, but that is understandable. The office staff is incredibly nice and upbeat every time i call and every technician that I've had has been very professional and I have never felt uncomfortable letting them in my house while I'm not there. I called these guys at 4 pm on a friday after a tenant of mine complained about bedbugs (non-existent, as it turns out). The owner called me right back and gave me a lot of his time and expertise over the phone, even though I told him I'd already engaged someone else to do an inspection for me. He offered to come out first thing on Monday to deal with the problem, if I had one, and quoted me a rate that was half what others had quoted.
