Hi my name is John, and I have bugs. HI JOHN!…read more You know you have them, you live in NC! Just depends upon what you have, roaches, wood bees, fire ants, termites, fleas, ticks... This guy got the chronic, and isn't afraid to use it, and I'm not a big fan of just flinging poison around either. I think there are slightly cheaper options, but not for me, he's local and knows his business...you got a problem, he knows the answer. A little secret, if you do get one of those big whopper roaches in your house, the BFG of choice is a simple fly swatter, just one good whack and flush em.

I had a terrible experience with Dodson Pest Control in Wilmington, NC. Their customer service was…read moreincredibly rude and unhelpful. When they came to treat my house for pests, they did a sloppy job and didn't even get rid of the problem. I had to call them multiple times to follow up and they were unresponsive and uninterested in helping me. To make matters worse, their prices were outrageous for the terrible service they provided. I would not recommend Dodson Pest Control to anyone in the Wilmington area. Avoid them at all costs. To make matters worse I've had multiple technicians come to my house because one has quit because of the management. The last guy was getting ready to quit and he told me that they can't keep good help and they go through managers at least 4 times a year. I have talked to several people in my neighborhood and they have heard the same thing. The technician also told me and my husband that one of the sales guys fell through a customers attic recently and laughed about it to everyone in the office. He never got wrote up and spoken to about it. We also heard that one of the guys who was actually great and really went the extra mile was out with a heart condition and when he came back and was cleared and they fired him. He's now working at End Game Pest Control. I would highly recommend Keith Larue at END GAME Pest Control Company. We have been using Keith and he knows what he's doing. All the guys there use to work at Dodson who left because of the company was sinking fast. Now they are making a name for their self. Thanks for reading my review. I hope it helps you make a better choice.

We are very happy with HomeTeam Pest Defense, Wilmington! We've been using them for about a year…read more Their pricing is very competitive. Our rep, Christian, is outstanding. He always sends a notice of his scheduled service date. He calls before he arrives. Once he arrives he knocks on our door and asks if there have been any problems since his last visit. He takes the time to listen to us, and will perform extra services (extra spray or traps) if asked. He even dusts our porch and patio to remove any cobwebs! We recently had some landscaping done, and the landscapers removed some of the termite tubes/bait traps from around the grounds. We called HomeTeam, and they sent someone out to reinstall the tubes at no cost. Most importantly, we see very few pests around our home - and zero in our home - and the products they use do not hurt the other creatures (frogs, toads, geckos, etc.) around our home. Highly recommend this company.
