I asked a guy with no color to his face, a long greasy ponytail and a blue Lowe's hat on. He looked bothered by my question for help finding something and said "maybe" in a snarky way. I simply walked away/ not dealing with attitude ever. He proceeded to aggressively follow me to inform me that they had 140,000 items so how is he supposed to know if he can help me. I attempted to fill him in on customer service since it is clear he has never been trained. I'm just glad my husband was not with me .

Between purchasing and picking up someone had disconnected the pto shaft from the mower deck, turned on the pto and caused significant damage under the mower. They assured me they would fix the problem and treat the machine, "as it was a new one off the showroom". The delivery the mower, the pto shaft was unhooked, the mower deck had been welded, I reconnected and attempted to use the mower, it would not stay running. I delivered the mower back they said they'd take care of it, the next day called and said "3 mechanics looked over tractor and he used it for 3 hours mowing and it was fine and they dumped it back in my driveway. Funny thing is they didn't realize I took a picture of the hour meter and the mower ran much less than even an hour, the pto shaft had no shear pin in the mower deck so there's no way he even mowed. The mower ran a short time and shut off again. I ended up having to hire another shop to fix the problem. Needless to say after spending $6100.00 I will not return there period after this experience, and I've even a customer for many years.

I purchased a Movie Man recliner by Ashley at Dunk and Bright on January 14, 2026 and it was…read moredelivered a few weeks later. I found that the lever on this recliner didn't work. Excessive force is required to get it to close. I asked for a repair or replacement. The repair man called saying it would be weeks for the part to come in and I said that I can't wait that long. It was replaced by an exact duplicate, even down to the color. The second one doesn't work either. It's an expensive piece of garbage that only my cat can use. I can't get the lever to work and if I push the end of the recliner with my foot so it will go back in, that doesn't work either. I called their store and was told that I won't get a refund of the white glove delivery fee. I kept saying over and over "but It doesn't work," to which the woman on the other and of the line kept repeating her mantra that it was delivered. Sorry, but that excuse doesn't work. This falls under not fit for ordinary use under warranty law. I shouldn't have to use excessive force to close it. I want a total refund. I paid $758.16 including tax and the white glove delivery fee. I also paid the delivery guys (first recliner) $40 in a tip. Altogether Dunk and Bright owes me $798.16. I want my money back NOW. My primary care provider told me to keep my legs elevated. I have lymphedema. I NEEDED this thing to work. I am disabled and am still recovering from major abdominal surgery. I am very angry. It shouldn't be this hard to get help. This product is defective.

We already knew about the quality of what NY Sash does and they totally proved it to us. The installation guys were both incredible. I had thought that part of the opening was funky and they took care of it the second they discovered it and did an amazing job repairing it. The procedure was perfect. The door is incredible. Way better that what we thought. The installer built a trim for the interior that is incredible. It made the whole job look showroom perfect. We are very impressed with the entire chain of events and will not hesitate to call them again. Remember, you get what you pay for.
