Clearly seemed to be an electrical problem (loose wire,??). They couldn't send someone to take a quick look at it, so they had to bring it in. Two weeks later, still no word on the status of the tractor. Finally, I went and checked on it to find out it had been fixed two days previously. (Thanks for letting me know). By the way it was just a loose wire. Had to pay a landscaper to mow my lawn twice while making payments on a brand new tractor. Definitely will use another dealer who has a little more consideration for their customers.

They have a small indoor plant green house and a larger area outdoors. The staff working there are knowledgeable and easily point you in the right direction. They are pricier than a Lowe's or home depot garden center. I feel like there is some quality and availability of choices when it comes to plant materials that you just don't get at other big box retailers that keeps me coming back. The patio looks great in the early spring but pickings are slim this time of year (late August 2026). There are all kinds of plants that are wonderful for winter that could be maybe selling soon for a fall installation but I don't see an effort in that direction at this store. (Maybe there isn't enough interest in winter gardens). They have a feed and chainsaw shop across the street that does sales and repairs. Lots of mulch and soil options for purchase but I don't think they do bulk or on site mixes. My biggest complaint is the store hours. Yes, it's generally 8-6 pm. It just doesn't seem to fit out modern day and age. People work all day. If they aren't at work well they probably aren't going to be in your store buying a 50 house plant. So, why not open at 2 and be open till 10 pm instead? That way people with jobs and money can come by after work and shop. I was there yesterday @ 5:50 PM and you wouldn't believe the amount of people showing up while they were herding us out of the store. The employees literally turned off all of the lights while we were still inside the store shopping. The employees say this happens every night. Makes me just scratch my head and speculate as to why?

But most importantly is that the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. These guys know automotive and products. Who you hire shows through instantly and this store has done a good job. Don't expect someone behind the counter who can only look up parts they sell on a computer screen. These guys actually have turned a wrench/ nut in their lives. They have an idea how things are engineered and go together. they also seem to know the products they sell not just what they have but also what works best and what is garbage. They are willing to pass on that information even if what they are selling isn't that great. I feel respected here. A lot of the other parts store locally seem to employ people who don't k ow the first thing about automotive work or cars at all. Thumbs up O Reilly !!!
