Although we had never purchased blinds from Sun Window Covering, and do not know Tony, we purchased remote Hunter Douglas blinds five years ago for our home and we're having problems with the remote. We tried to contact the company we purchased from ( no longer in business) as well as Hunter Douglas and kept getting the run around. My husband looked for HD dealers and miraculously came across Sun Window Covering and Tony answered the phone. Tony spent 30 minutes talking my husband through a remote programming and was patient and kind. This would of normally cost us money and time. In the future, when we are ready to purchase additional blinds from our home, we will definitely purchase Hunter Douglas blinds from Tony at Sun Window Coverings. Excellent customer service even when I wasn't his direct customer!!!

I called ALV upholstery and spoke with Jorge, he was very nice and professional over the phone and he came to my house to see my recliner sofa and said it would be a lot of work to reupholster it but that he had reupholstered many electric recliners in the past and he gave me a very fair price. When I got my sofa recliner back from his upholstery shop my wife and I were amazed at the quality of workmanship, care and detail in which he and his upholstery team did on our sofa, it looked better than it did when we bought it new!. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing any kind of reupholstering. Jorge and his team do excellent work.

I don't know who is running the company now, but I recently received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I took my dining room chairs in to have more cushion added to the seats. Leather was in excellent shape, but just needed more cushioning. Out of frustration, I picked them back up after 2 1/2 weeks because of lack of communication and nothing being done. I called and left messages three times to find out the status and NEVER got a return call. The only statement from Crystal was that they are "busy, busy, busy". Fine, but they should have returned my calls as I needed the chairs! I don't recommend taking your furniture there - they will take in higher paying jobs from more important clients and push yours to the back of the line.
