Worst experience ever. Mightmare began after resizing. I went there to buy a small Christmas gift for my wife. Santa Anita mall is 30minute driving distance from my house and I visit there sometimes. I was looking for fairly cheap and simple ring. I was not so sure about ring size, so I asked if it can be resized by free and they said it is free for the first time. After I bought it and gave it to my wife, we went there to put it on the resize order. They told me they will call us when it is ready. They did not. They did not answer the phone so I had to visit to ask if it is ready after 2-3 weeks. The ring was ready and I brought it back. A small jewel stone dropped in the next day!!!!!!! I called them and they said they can fix it again. I went there to put it on work order again, and they told me they will call me back. They didn't. I had to call again, and they said they will call me back when manager comes. They didn't. I had to drive 30 minutes to go there only to ask what is going on. Ring was not ready and they said they will call me back when it is ready. They didn't. I called them after 2-3 weeks again, and they said it is ready. I went there to pick it up, and the NEXT day, the same jewel stone fell off. My wife was tired of this, and asked for refund. They refused. We said this is about the quality of the product, not our fault. We just wanted to refund. And they literally said it is just CHEAP ring and it can happen all the times. Excuse me? So we spend TINY 200$ to wear it ONE DAY normally? This just does not make sense at all. We complained and they never want to give a refund, and we were getting tired of it. We just asked for a reasonable solution because we do not want to keep doing this: wear one day, send work order and wait for 3 weeks, then repeat again. They said they will order the same ring with the same size, which does not go through resizing process. (They do know resizing was the issue) we had to accept that offer as they never want to refund. We had to trust the new ring will be ok. They said they will give me a call when it is ready, and i told them i never got a call back so i want to have a specific date of call back. They said 3/19. I came back. Yes, again, i did not get a call back on 3/19. I called on 3/20, if the ring was ready. They said yes. So i said i will stop by when i can. They called me on 3/22 saying the ring was ready. (??????????? I already communicated with another staff) finally i picked it up later and finally the ring does not seem to have an issue. It took 3 months to finally use the ring daily for my wife, and it was a very embarrassing process for me as it was a gift and my wife had to go through all those unpleasant experience. If you wanna buy a ring there, do not use resizing work order. Also, your a couple of hundred dollars spending might look too cheap for them to give proper supports, so you have to bring more money to buy gifts for your wife/girlfriend. Buying a $200-300 product and if you fade any issues out of it, it only makes you look like an obnoxious customer while you did not do anything wrong. I waste serious amount of time for many unncessary visitings but who cares? read more

They ask you to apply for credit and if you purchase or not they will submit your file and you will be billed for the full amount approved. Once you notice and tell them and contact the credit company they wont help you prove and tell the credit company, "UOWN" and 2 others that you never took the product. You have to fight them and fight the negative impact on your credit it gets because you get billed. They are crooks. Literally they will steal your money, they get paid by the credit company and keep and sell the product to someone else. This goes for Jesse the manager and the younger Latina women that works there. Horrible people and terrible customer service. Do not shop here. I would buy a plastic bag from them. read more
