Super fast and at a reasonable price! I bought a vintage bracelet watch and needed it resized to fit my petite wrist. He hammered all the link screws out in under 10 mins! Im happy I didn't try this at home as I heard how much force was needed to tap it out. They have a plexi glass at payment and only one party from the same household is allowed to be inside at all times. Would come here again for future watch repairs. Visited Kevin for the first time, as I was looking to get a used Omega Speedmaster I had recently purchased checked over by him. There are many watch repair people around the area, but I don't think anyone will be as kind and knowledgeable as Kevin. Not only did he resize the bracelet for me, but also gave me care tips on maintenance and service for my (new) used watch. I thought I would have to get it serviced right away, but he told me that it was keeping good time as it was, and would probably not need another service for a while. He won't try to sell you something if your watch doesn't need it. A true sign that he cares for his customers! The shop has a great selection of watches, and ESPECIALLY straps. I even purchased a new strap from him for my Tag the same day - ask him about his collection, he has TONS he can sell you, and they are really great quality. Kevin fixed my Vintage Wind Up Rolex in 10 minutes. I brought this to other water repair shop which couldn't fix it at all. He fixed it super quick, efficiently and he cleaned it up real nice. extremely rude person. he does not how to behave with customer. I went with 2 watches and one the back cover was not closing. he said 20$ for closing the back cap. which is fine . but when I asked him out of curiosity why $20 he is like I am too expensive and I only fix expensive watches . and he gives me the watch and says go and fix with someone else.. how rude. it was a new MaVado watch and he says he won't even buy it with $100. very rude behavior. I would give a 0 star if it was possible. I came here to get a Rolex authenticated and he smelled the box and immediately told me the watch was fake i asked him to check inside the watch (which he charged me $100 for and he scratched the back on the brand new watch) and he still proceeded to tell me he was in the business for 20+ years and the watch was fake. I got two 2nd opinions and they both told me the watch was real. These guys absolutely don't know what they're talking about. They even said my Rolex that I had on "looked more real" that was serviced by Rolex. Worst service Ive ever ever ever experienced in my entire life cant even remove a back of a Rolex without scratching the back plate unbelievable. Do as you will after reading this review but if I were you take it literally any other watch maker or servicer. read more

Brought a watch that is over 10 years old in for repairs here and I am so satisfied with everything Kevin was able to help me out with. He first repaired what we thought was the initial problem, fixing the crown and polishing and replacing parts here and there. but when I took it home the first time, I realized there was still some things not functioning well. So I brought it back to him and after a few days, he got my watch alike it is new once again. I went to get the battery replaced on my Omega watch and after it was replaced, the watch would not wind to correct the time and date. I took it back to the store and the guy was rude and confrontational about it and said he would have to charge me $100 to figure out what's wrong. Decided to take it to my usual spot in Alhambra (Lin's Watch Repair) who told me the bigger incorrect battery was used and that's why the watch was not winding. My Omega watch has a sentimental value as it was a gift from my mother. I would never take my watch here again. read more

I came in with two brand new watches to get the band adjusted. Figured with the 4 stars I'd give this place a shot. As soon as I heard a hammer, I knew I was in for a world of hurt. By the time he was done, there were obvious, deep scratches on the links. I would have walked away none the wiser if I wasn't freaked out by the fact he used a damn hammer. He did fix the scratches, so kudos to him, but there are pin pushing kits that don't require a hammer to do this. When I pointed it out, he said, "Well its hard to avoid scratches using a hammer." No kidding?! If I brought my Rolex or Grand Seiko here I would've literally cried. Please, please use a pin tool instead of a hammer next time. read more
