After speaking to the sales lady about her and me wanting to add to the box, she walked throughout the store with me and helped me pick out the perfect things to add to make it perfect. This was a couple weeks after losing her and my husband and I were still very emotional about it and she was so caring and even looked at her picture and commented on how beautiful she was. It was such a positive experience that I know other stores would not have provided us and the box came out better than we could have even imagined. Thank you!

I have called the Micheal's store everyday since I've placed the order trying to talk to a manager, 4 days now. My phone number has been taken each time and I was told I would receive a call back. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. I called again several times today NO ONE ANSWERED. Never again Michael's. Hobby Lobby gets my business from here on out!!!
