He tells us that he has won't give us a refund. My girlfriend was on the phone with the guy explaining the whole thing in a calm manner. He then proceeded to say "shut up bitch" and hung up on her. He called back and said he's called security and the police and we will be kicked out. We never got a refund and they kept the case we wanted to return. All the worker(who doesn't speak good english) could say is "I just work" I've never written a review but I would never go here and they should be shut down if that's how they treat customers.

I was told again that they couldn't fix it and that I could try taking it to a third party. I plan on getting a new phone soon but desperately need the photos and documents on this phone. icloud never synced either. So, I went to cell tech and he fixed my phone in an hour or two. He had to install a used screen because it was the only one that would work. The used screen was scratched up so he lowered the price and threw in a free privacy screen protector!
