I'm myself a manager and I was genuinely appalled at his mannerisms. the girl seemed like she wanted to say more, I have a feeling management here is unprofessional and under qualified to be leading a team. not sure who their dm or owner is but maybe screen your leaders a bit better, I feel sorry for the team. great selection though, the store itself is great just the staff besides the girl that helped me seems questionable.

They even have miniatures to help show you the basics of painting, highlighting, and washes. Staff knows the rules and can point you in the right direction in what you need for your army or future army. If they dont have it they have a nice computer ordering system there to help you get what you need. People who hang out there will direct you and are friendly as well. Staff and Guests will take the time to introduce you and even play a game or two. once a month they hold a Free Miniature to assemble and paint to enter into a painting contest where the public comes in and votes on the best model.

After speaking to the sales lady about her and me wanting to add to the box, she walked throughout the store with me and helped me pick out the perfect things to add to make it perfect. This was a couple weeks after losing her and my husband and I were still very emotional about it and she was so caring and even looked at her picture and commented on how beautiful she was. It was such a positive experience that I know other stores would not have provided us and the box came out better than we could have even imagined. Thank you!
