Instead of being the reliable priced option, this store participated by selling decks that were MSRP $72 for upwards of $110-120 and collectors packs that MSRP at $45 for nearly double. I should've known because the older cards are not that shiny or glittery, be safe out there card collectors I don't know about magic or Yu-Gi-Oh but I would not trust them at all. They also have a drink fridge, a small snack selection, an event area for their card game nights, and a restroom in the back. I usually am drawn to their dice selection even though I haven't played dice games in years, while my husband tends to enjoy their Pokemon and Magic cards. I noticed during our last trip they had a lot more mini dice than I remember and depending on the brand they were only $5-$6.99, which was tempting me to buy a lot of them. They also have a rewards program, so if you come regularly that is definitely a plus. We will certainly continue to come by Fantasy Games for as long as we continue to travel through South Bend.

It is a large space, so I can definitely see coming back for tournaments for Magic or another card game. The tables set out for tournaments were definitely the focal point of the store, as that's what really took up the floor space. Most of the cards we saw were mounted on the walls. They had a large selection of cards and a good amount of sale prices. I was a little disappointed to see they didn't have many dice, but maybe they were just low on stock. The employee was cool and very informative about their back stock. I still have my go-to spot in the area but I will definitely be back to shop again or possibly a tournament.
