Spoke with owner he gave me a price over the phone for a tree either Noble or Douglas per foot total for a 10 foot was going to be $115 and light flocking per foot was $6 a total of $60. I expected to come in paying no more than $250 total for a flocked 10ft tree but when I came in the prices were completely different than what the owner said and I was unable to leave with the tree we wanted definitely unhappy that I was told one thing and they aren't willing to honor that especially by the owner. read more

When we arrived no one greeted us and when we went to go and ask for help they just said to walk around until we found a tree that we liked. When we found a tree we measured the tree (they would not measure the tree we had to do it ourselves) it was a little taller than we needed and we asked if they could trim the bottom of the tree. They flat out told us no!! They said that it was too much work and that it wasn't worth their time. We tried to talk to them and offered to pay them more for the already overpriced tree. They still said that it was still not worth their time. They had terrible customer service and were not filled with the holiday spirit. read more

I purchased a flocked tree from this place, it was so beautiful standing tall and I feel in love with it... I paid close to $300 for everything just to be the first person that got there tree delivered because it takes some time for the flock to dry, I had no problem with that, I paid to have it delivered the next night which was last night, and my tree was Crooked, the stand I bought from them is broken and my tree now stands at an angle... the person who delivered it handed the tree over at the door and said I'm not allowed by law to bring it inside here you do it, mind you they never said that when I purchased the tree and the delivery service, I'm so upset that now my tree looks nothing like I purchased and it standing at an angle after paying close ti 300$ I should have had way better service with truth on how the delivery is done. I will never buy another tree from them again. Very upsetting read more

I'm not going to say do not go here, but proceed with caution. Upon my arrival at the proper time posted on their website a woman greeted me and informed me they would be a half hour late to open. NO PROBLEM I said, it's Christmas and I'm ready for my tree! Well I had my dog with me and took him out for a quick walk while I waited. Some guy inside the lot felt the need to go out of his way, literally out of his way, to ask me "can I help you?" In a very condescending tone. I informed him I was just walking my dogs waiting for them to open. He replied with "well I was just wondering cause you know people steal and stuff so just wondering what your doing" at that point I laughed loaded up my dog and bounced. Sir, if you read this, it is none of your business where I walk my dog when it's not on your property and I'm sorry if I looked suspicious in my board shorts, flip flops and jacket, while my parents sat in their car right behind me. Let me start off by saying, if I could give them less than one star I would. We bought our tree from here out of convenience and it was a huge mistake. As soon as we got there no one greeted us but that didn't bother us too much. We knew we wanted a flocked tree so we asked for pricing. Once we made our selection they told us that they were behind on orders so we would have to wait about 5 days to come back and pick up our tree. We agreed and headed home. I called back a few days later to make sure it was ok for me to pick our tree up and their response was "someone picked up that tree already" with no explanation of what happened. They told me all they could do is give me a refund so I went for my refund the next day. When we got there the husband of the woman I talked to right away started to tell me that it was impossible for someone to pick up a tree without the receipt and that I must have given someone my receipt for that to happen, but of course I DID NOT. He carried on to insinuate that we were trying to be shady and we were trying to get another tree from him. He and his wife were so aggressive and kept saying anyone could give their receipt to someone else and then try to claim another tree. Suggesting that we were trying to steal, mind you they were yelling and simply accusing us. Not to mention we paid $140 in total for flocking, the stand, and the tree! Never once did anyone apologize and instead of being apologetic for giving our tree away, accused us of being thieves, and refused to give us a refund. We ended up simply getting another tree but definitely not what we had in mind. They then refused to flock it and it honestly just made our Christmas tree shopping a nightmare. The worst customer service, we paid $140 for a service that wasn't delivered and to be treated so unfairly. read more

I'm just going to give Valley View a five star rating because of how kind they were in replacing Jennifer W's tree at a steep discount. Weeks after purchasing a DEAD tree on the 6th of December, she expected it to still be green for a party? Buy a potted plant if that's what you want. There are sooo many variables to how long a tree stays "looking live," despite it's untimely death. Most of those variables...indeed perhaps ALL of those variables have nothing whatsoever to do with the farmer's practices. With expectations like Jennifer's I can see a future where farmers refuse to grow and sell Christmas trees. There is almost no profit margin in Christmas tree production. And her gratitude for their offer of a steep discount for the PREDICTABLE decline of a dead tree? A one star review. read more

Worst experience ever! The guys here tell you different names for the trees so they can charge you more! Also one of the guys told my mom one price for a tree with flocking and then told me a completely different price! I spoke to three people who claimed the men here switched their tags on the trees they purchased and gave them completely different trees! A couple told us,as they were leaving, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE TREE YOU PAYED FOR. We thought they were just upset. NOPE! We went to pick up our tree the next day after paying $95 , we asked for it to be flocked, and the guy tried to give us someone's else's tree. I pointed out it wasn't our tree and he got upset at ME and went in the back and said oh nm here's your tree. I trusted he was right and when we got home the tag on the tree said SCOTT! So we called Scott ( his number was on the tree) and told him they gave us his tree. He was pissed saying they tried to give him someone's else's tree too! We went back to the lot and the staff laughed at us, didn't help us, tried to give us another tree WITH SOMEONE ELSES NAME ON IT! These people are uncaring thieves! The lady who I payed also tried to give me back less than what I payed . The whole lot is full of dishonestly people. read more
